TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Sacramento

I love Togo’s sandwiches!! I’ve never had issues at any other Togo’s before besides this location. For some reason either my sandwich isn’t made right no matter how clear i speak up and repeat myself multiple times. Or the order is never ready by the time I get there to pick up. I’m a very simple person and my order is not hard. Most of the time the employees are nice and understanding but today this employee was kinda rude . When I called in my order I said I wanted to regular drinks , I also asked again when I got there & when she handed me my order I asked for my cups and she’s like I didn’t know if you paid for them and I was like well I asked them for them twice and I’m not sure if she charged me ( I was willing too pay ) if she didn’t charge me the girl grabs the drinks and sets them down with hella attitude and walks away. Ordered on line 2 large #9 and a salad no hummus, no bell peppers. Went in to pickup and the bag seemed light. It was missing a sandwich. Jade rudely checked my tag, like I was lying, then proceeded to make the sandwich without a word to me while she fixed her mistake. I then noticed my salad was wrong also. She proceeded to remake the salad very aggressively asking rudely, "now what is it you didn't want" which she tossed my way when it was done with the lid half off. Finished the sandwich and then handed it to me without a word. I then get to my mother's house to find out they gave me Asian salad dressing instead of balsamic, of course after I poured it all over my salad, so I never even got to enjoy the food. This location needs some serious attention when it comes to its employees. I have been going to togos for over 25 years and am a former employee so I know the routine as far as what's expected and how to treat customers. There is a 1 in 5 chance that they actually get my sandwich made correctly so I don't ever order ahead anymore. Now that I come in to the store physically to order, the two women up at the front are having personal conversations which honestly don't bother me too much but the older African American lady does not have good customer service! She told me that I was "making it difficult" by ordering the sandwich the way I order it, are you kidding?! She sounded very bothered that she was even having the conversation.
