review will cover 3 areas Food - Was very good and not just mediocre. Ordered French Dip and tasted like it had the special touch of care in putting together sandwich and aujus. Service - Ordering and paying was Great. Quick service. Could be improved by efficiency but you can only work with the situation you have as far as where everything is located inside. Overall think they are doing great. Experience - I was delivered my sandwich at my table and the guy spilled my bottle of root beer was really good as well. then he helped clean up as he touched my sandwich and pickle. Older guy so did not consider it much he was appologetic and cleaned up. After I ate I look up to the same guy digging for gold and finding a nugget which he flung on the floor. Put his hands in his pocket and went back to work with no washing or sanitizing of his hand. I feel a bit sick to my stomach at this point and dont know if I can go back. I was ready to suggest this place to my office at the state building but instead I have told them this story. everything else 5 stars but this immediately takes all 5 stars away as thats...

Wow! How anybody could rate this place less than 5 stars after eating the Godfather I will never know. Hands down, THE best sandwich I have ever eaten, anywhere! Wanna-be-cajuns like me like to say we make people cry when we cook - I was crying at Tony's today. The sandwich was literally dripping with flavor - tasty, juicy sausage slices, and the perfect balance of hot peppers, man! Can't wait to eat the other half for dinner as it was WAY too big to eat at one sitting. And hospitality - got to meet the proprieter, Mr. Silhi. You won't find a more generous, hospitable host anywhere. Dare I say, a beautiful man (if it's ok for one man to say that about another).
