A Must-Visit for Delicious Peruvian Cuisine! I recently dined at this beautiful Peruvian restaurant and was blown away by both the food and the ambiance. The space is modern and inviting, with stylish décor that creates a warm and vibrant atmosphere. They also offer a lovely half outdoor/indoor covered patio with a bar, which is pet friendly.

I tried three classic dishes, and each one was exceptional. The lomo saltado was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken and shrimp chaufa was deliciously comforting. The pescado a lo macho which also includes shrimp and calamari, was a standout—fresh, rich, and it has an incredible sauce.

To complement the meal, I ordered a maracuyá pisco sour, which was refreshing, bright, and wonderfully balanced. It’s the perfect drink to pair with the menu’s vibrant flavors.

Between the delicious dishes, nice setting, friendly and attentive staff, and welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant is a fantastic spot for a memorable Peruvian dining experience. I highly recommend it and can’t...

My husband and I had an amazing dining experience at Ají Ceviche, and a big part of that was thanks to Adriana. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed. Her recommendations were spot-on — especially the ceviche and the specialty drinks!

Our first visit to the brand new aji ceviche in St Pete. We started with a fantastic pisco sour and then gor some dinner. We ordered three ceviches (not realizing they are dinner portions, HUGE!!) And the variety of options and mixes is incredible. The quality and freshness of the seafood was excellent. We're ceviche snobs and this place is absolutely the real deal. They mentioned a sortof sampler we can get next time for a smaller portion. Can't wait to come back and try some peruvian favorites like a lo mancho and lomo saltado.
