Capriano's — Restaurant in Salisbury

I ordered a salad to go while I was staying at a hotel in salisbury, LITERALLY JUST BEHIND THEM. Yet they refused to deliver to me. After I picked up my salad and got back to my hotel I opened my food. I ordered extra cheese, and bleu cheese salad dressing. There was LITERALLY like 4 little slivers of shredded cheese . Ranch dressing instead of my bleu cheese with extra dressing like I ordered. I called and complained about it being wrong, but the girls that were only laughed and said I'll have someone call you back. That night i woke up with FOOD POISIONING ,2 days passed with only silence. So I called back again, she said let me text my manager and either him or I will call you back. AGAIN ONLY SILENCE. I will NOT EAT THERE AGAIN AS FAR AS A TO GO OR EAT THERE EVER AGAIN. To whomever( Josh I believe) is the owner Your restaurant is a DISASTER, A HEALTH RISK AND AS FOR YOUR SERVICE GOES THERE IS NOT A NUMBER LOW ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE YOUR SERVICE LEVEL. Walked in an it took about 10 minutes to be greeted and sat at a table. Finally a young lady came up and asked if I'm waiting on a to go order and I politely said no just waiting to be sat. Of course she apologized and I didn't complain, no big deal. They were busy and it happens.

After being sat I figured I'd get good service considering the circumstances. Unfortunately it took another 4-5 minutes before a server approached and got my drink order. She never introduced herself or apologized for the wait.

When she arrived with the drink she took my order and said it would be right out. The salad came first and it was all lettuce with a little bit of tomato and onion. That's it. They didn't offer cheese or croutons I guess.

My entree was a simple Chicken Alfredo. The food came quick and it was a good portion. About halfway through the meal the waitress said she'd have a refill right out. The refill never came until the food was gone and I was ready for the check.

All in all I probably will not return. The food was good but not worth the service. I'm assuming they are understaffed. Definitely need to bring some patience if...

I ended up calling in an order here and when I got back to the car, I realized that the extra ranch I had paid $1.25 for was missing from my bag. I went back into the restaurant and explained this to the girl at the register and she proceeded to ask if I had the food to show her the ranch was missing. I informed her that the bag was in the car and she insisted it was their policy so, I went back to the car and came back inside with my entire order to show her. Another person asked me if I had been helped and I explained this same thing to her as I'm opening up bags to show her. At this time, the initial girl is walking away & did not even verify that I hadn't received my item. The 2nd person asked how many I was missing, I told her 1 and she corrected this issue. This could have easily been rectified whenever I came back in the first time instead of being given the run around. To go through this over an already over priced small container of ranch is ridiculous. Do better...customer service goes a long way!
