Captain D's — Restaurant in Salisbury

I believe this has got to be the worst Captain D's anywhere! And I've been to a lot. First off when you walk in and touch anything you stick to it, the counter, the wall, the table everything feels like it covered in a sticky grease. Once you get past that, it took forever to place my order. It took a while to get our food but not unbearable. On the other hand, the person that ordered in front of us was just getting his food as we were leaving. Of course, we didn't stay any longer than we had to because we couldn't wait to get out of that sticky greasy feeling. The hush puppies were extremely doughy inside, and the forks were all stuck together at the condiment counter. Customer service was less than horrible. I went back to the restaurant because the night before I purchased the batter dipped fish and it was undercooked. I didn't know this until I had ate a piece and a half. I got extremely sick so I decided to come back up and get a refund but I was told I could not have a refund unless it was an hour at the most after I made my purchase. they asked me if I wanted anything else on the menu. The Manager Latoya did and I told her I don't eat shrimp because I don't like them and now I don't want your fish. She kept trying to push fish on me and I told her I didn't want it. When we first ate here at the one near Gastonia, we were very impressed. We had the premium shrimp dinner. The shrimp was great; i loved their tartar sauce; we got a baked potato instead of the fries and that was good (exc. for the fake butter spread), and even the hush puppies were good. but last night we ate at the one in Concord and we were very disappointed. The major problem was that the shrimp were overcooked and i couldn't peel the breading away from the shrimp (which i like to do to cut down on calories and grease) plus the shrimp itself was sort of a flattened piece; not shrimp shape at all.
