Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

I went to this Starbucks once awhile, and always one of their worker just not that friendly, talk really hardly .Even though, I still said “thank you “after she give the coffee, but their is no word back .. I don’t know she just like that or it is just to me .maybe it is because of my race?i don’t know .. Now i want to talk about their coffee. I bought a latte today , and it taste gross , feel like they are using “used ground coffee bean” to make it , it taste very thin ,almost like water. ..and the cup, very dirty as you could see the picture I posted.. This is run by the hotel. Stayed in Sheraton for 8 days. Tried to use Starbucks rewards each time i visited & they gave an excuse like, “oh, rewards, well, it’s not working today,” or “sometimes it works.” They lied. It never worked. They do not accept rewards here. They should put a sign up that says, “your well earned rewards are no good here.” I’d appreciate that, since they do expire. The dishonestly put such a bad taste in my mouth, I cannot recommend this Starbucks. Makes me wonder if the coffee is authentic too. What other lies are they...

Stopped in on the way home from work, with my mother to grab 2 Frappuccinos for the ride home. We ordered our drinks and went out side to wait for them. after a few mins we went inside and the employee has made my mother's in to a hot drink instead. We informed her that it was supposed to be a Frappuccino she presides to tell us we are wrong then says okay whatever. And just dumps myou mothers drink in the blender whip cream and all and adds ice. This is by far the worst service I have ever seen in a Starbucks we will not be...
