If I could give zero stars I would.
I’ll preface this by saying, I worked at auntie Anne’s as a teenager for my first job. I love their pretzels so much, and have continued supporting them into my adult life.
But, In the past year or two their service has gone beyond downhill. At this location, the mall, no matter what the customer service is beyond terrible.
Came here today. Asked for an original with honey mustard and almond pretzel. Was told they have no almond pretzels (which seems weird since in my experience, auntie Anne’s should offer a customer a time to wait if they would like for their pretzel to be made). Whatever. Asked for a cinnamon pretzel. The boy at the front put out pretzel nuggets. No, I didn’t want that since the last few times the whole bottom half of my cup is full of sugar. Apparently they didn’t have cinnamon pretzels either, with no offer for a time to wait. Said Nevermind, just the original and the honey mustard. “So two originals?” …. No.
Finally paid. Was handed the pretzel. My husband asked “and can I get my honey mustard?” The boy up front said “that’ll be 1.79.” My husband asked “you never charged me for that?” To which your worker responded “you never asked for that.” We both had asked, multiple times. If you’re the manager, feel free to watch the camera for this: around 5:30PM today.
You will see We walked away. And After rudeness every time we come to this location, and every other, I’m over it. Guess I’m a...
Read moreMy husband and I were at La Cantera mall and decide to stop for a pretzel dog and pretzel bites. We stood in line for 20 minutes with maybe 4 people in front of us. Now the pretzels are always good but the time management of this place needs to be corrected. There were 4 people working. Once we were finally up to order, there were 10 people behind us at this point, we decided to just order whatever was under the heat lamp so we didn't have to wait. The young lady that was taking our order was very slow. This is an environment where you have a line of at least 10 people waiting in the San Antonio heat for a pretzel and a drink, the line should be moving much much faster. A young man who ordered before us, I think mini pretzel dogs, was told his order would take 10 minutes. My husband and I decided to sit and eat our order. By the time we were done, 20 minutes later, the young man still had not received his order. I will reiterate the pretzels themselves are good the service time needs improvement for customer's and...
Read moreWaited in the hot sun while the employees talked amongst themselves and paused frequently to share their juicy gossip. When I finally received my order my pretzels were not fresh. No one wants to pay for pretzels that are not fresh and considerably more expensive because of the location, then have to wait for poor customer service. I left a review with this location and was sent an email from "Veronica Zuluaga " on July 22, 2022, asking for my address to mail coupons to rectify the poor experience and quality. I replied with my information and never received any coupon it has been over 2 months. POOR customer service. I will not return to this location and don't recommend...
