Jason's Deli — Restaurant in San Antonio

Yesterday, my wife, an old friend, and I had the pleasure of dining at Jason's Deli, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Despite the bustling atmosphere, we were promptly greeted at the register, where we encountered Jon, who I believe was a manager. His patience and helpfulness stood out as he guided us through the menu, offering various enticing options.

Our friend opted for the loaded baked potato, while my wife chose the chicken carbonara, and I decided on the Make Your Own Sandwich option. Despite my usual preference for double turkey or extra meat at other establishments, I found that Jason's Deli sandwiches are already generously packed. Jon even mentioned that each sandwich contains approximately 3/4 pound of meat. This abundance of turkey complemented perfectly with my choice of wheat bread, mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato. The combination of fresh ingredients and hearty portions made for a truly satisfying meal. My wife even swapped halfway through her pasta dish with me, impressed by its taste despite her slight aversion to mushrooms.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was noteworthy, and we appreciated the ample seating available. Furthermore, the efficiency of the staff ensured that our orders were promptly prepared, allowing us to enjoy our meals without any unnecessary delays.

Overall, our experience at Jason's Deli was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to Jon's exemplary service. His attentiveness and genuine care for our dining experience left a lasting impression, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. 12/2/22- 5:30pm The service was great! Our cashier was very pleasant and had a great calming, cadence in his way of speaking. I wish i had gotten his name! He commented on my necklace and said it was pretty. (He had this beautiful, very human trait about him.) Made me feel welcomed and human, not like a number. I ordered the Nutty mixed up chicken salad with extra chicken. It was beautiful!!! I told the beautiful lady with the warm welcoming smile who carefully delivered our meal to give my compliments to the artist who decorated my plate so beautifully with the fruits and salad. The strawberries and greens were freshly washed, cool and crisp. The strawberries were carefully cut and were lovingly arranged around my plate. They looked like beautiful red rose peddles that had been freshly kissed by the morining dew. These glistening little kises of love were around my plate framing the salad. It looked like a beautiful work of art. Thank you jason's deli for the wonderful personalized experience. You made my evening very special after having a brutally stressful day at work.
