I must say that after having a conversation with Ivan the owner of the store. I was thoroughly impressed at the end of it. He really went out of my way to try to get my phone number even calling. Uber eats in order to reach out to me to apologize for his employees inappropriate decision-making and conduct. Ivan apologize and then explained to me that their restaurant is family owned and this is not how they operate. The only issue that I had was with that employee that did not replace the sandwich but overall the food was really delicious and I definitely will be going back. If you’re going to place an order place it directly to the store and not through Uber Eats so that you get their drivers to ensure proper delivery.

After receiving my order from Uber eats, I noticed I was missing a Philly cheesesteak sandwich along with four ranches. I tried to call and get a hold of the driver right after they left, but was unable to do so twice I was hung up on. Not only that, but the driver was not a girl, but a man. I called the store and spoke with the manager and told her that I was missing four ranches and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. She asked if I paid for the ranch dressings but then said that that’s OK never mind. She then said that either she or one of their drivers would bring it out to me. 20 minutes later I called to see if they had my phone number and how much longer it might be, at the same time the driver was showing up with the sandwich and 4 ranches, but he only had 4 ranches and no sandwich. I explain to the driver what happened and I was missing a Philly cheesesteak sandwich that was delivered by a Uber eats driver. He said I should complain to Uber eats. I did right in front of him. They reimbursed me for the sandwich however I still haven’t eaten dinner and I definitely wouldn’t have called just for four ranch dressing. I called the manager back to explain that I did not receive the sandwich, but I did receive the 4 ranch dressings and a refund from Uber Eats for the sandwich. She continued to blame it on Uber eats driver. She didn’t feel that she should’ve replaced the sandwich, but was more concerned about the 4 ranch dressings. She said she was going to call Uber eats and complain and got angry with me on the phone because she did not agree that she should have given better treatment to her customers in a situation like this she then hung up on me. Read moreAbsolutely delicious, everything on their menu is super yummy. Even the lobster ravioli. Their Marinara sauce is delicious. Everything has the perfect amount of garlic which I like. We have tried every sub on their sandwich list, all yummy and good size. Half of the sides, all great and perfect portions , salads are good, all of their pasta dishes are delicious. We have not tried the pizza yet but we will soon. I'm guessing it's just as good as everything else on their menu. Great prices, not over the top at all. Portion sizes are big but not too big. I cant say enough yummy things about this gem on point loma. Fast and friendly service and nice to see smiles on their faces that we have come back many times. I would highly recommend this place and if you're hungry order a few things because they are all so good. Definitely a 5 star place.
UPDATE FOR PIZZA: the pizza here is delicious just as I thought it would be. We tried the norm, pep, bell peppers, sausage and onions. It was yummy. I really enjoy their sauce. Classic Alfredo sauce does not contain mushrooms so as a person who is allergic to mushrooms I go with Alfredo sauces since 98% of the time it’s safe. I called in when I got My food and asked why there were not descriptions and why there were mushrooms in my food and that I would Be down either for my food to be made without mushrooms (including new sauce not just mushrooms picked out of the sauce) and he said I will Remove your mushrooms.
