This is the first time I have ever done an online reviewā¦let that tell you how bad of an experience this was. We are a family of 6 with four kidsā¦we went there on a Wednesday when kids meals are $3.99. Three of my kids qualify as ākidsāā¦I ordered them each kids meals and when I paid I noticed they charged me full price. When calmly brought it to the attention of the cashier he argued with me and said I didnāt specify kids meals so he gave me kids burgers, fries and drinks separately more than doubling the price of each kids meal. When I asked him to make the adjustment he refused, the manager from the back would not come out and speak with me and I could hear him say to the cashier that it was my problem (as the customer) and to do nothing. In the short time while I was in the restaurant under 15 minutes three separate customers complained of orders done incorrectly or not receiving foodā¦one college student said he never received his fries or milk shake, when they finally brought him his milk shake he asked again about the friesā¦the employee said āI donāt know anything about your fries.ā That customer left frustratedā¦last guy complained that his wifeās burger was not cooked, same staff said he was sorry but because it was partially eaten he refused to do anything. When we finally received our over priced food, 2 of the BBQ burgers we ordered didnāt even have BBQ on them!!! They also shorted us one drink and gave us different fries. The food is ALWAYS 5 stars at Biggies; however, we had our 5th visit on Sunday (Labor Day Weekend) and the service didn't even deserve 1 star. We walked in and there was no one else in front of us. We stood at the counter, while staff roamed around the back, kitchen and dining area, for almost 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We get it if you're busy, but can you say hello and acknowledge we're standing there waiting for you? This lack of customer service came from your employee Rihanna W. She was awful, looked miserable, wasn't friendly, seemed bothered we were there and that she even had to work. An employee like this should NOT be working as a cashier - they should train in the kitchen or clean up duty until they prove they're an asset and can offer customer service to your customers. The gentlemen at the register would not let me pick up my prepaid food without waiting in line which was long at the time. Most restaurants have a designated area to pick food for Uber/Lyft. I was not going to wait in line in for 30 minutes to pick up my food and have it be cold. GrubHub called and was unable to get a hold of anyone in the restaurant, so they refunded my order. Y'all need to get it together a bit as delivery/pick ups become more popular need to be able to have a better flow of traffic.
