yeah, first of all, I want to say that the cook walking out of the bathroom, almost shoulder, checked me and gave me an extremely dirty look as I was walking in. secondly, the guy Manuel, who made my food did it so fast that I’m 99.9% sure that most of the portions were inaccurate he did it with such little care that I almost didn’t want to eat my food. He was very rude to me very shallow and quiet and didn’t have an enthusiastic personality whatsoever. The two employees that I did see working there looks like they hated their life. I’m not sure why he made my order so fast and sloppy but it wasn’t even busy. I was literally the only person in line and came in at 7:40 PM unfortunately, none of the food was as fresh as I had hoped for the rice was hard and stale. The chicken was dried out, and I usually really like the harissa avocado bowl, but this one is the worst one that I had without even looking at me he immediately rang me up and walked away after saying, the total not giving me the opportunity to let him know that I was the first responder and was requesting a discount once he finally turned back around after I stood there and waited gave me my discount just overall, a really bad experience, which kind of sucks unfortunately this is the closest, to my house, but I’d rather go a few extra miles to a different location if it means, I get better service and...
Read moreThe food at Cava is great, but this review is mainly for the service. Every single time I have gone there has been a long line, and 1 or 2 people serving food with about 5 people walking around or handling to go orders. At the time you place your order your not even greeted and it seems like the employees really don’t want to work there. In the restaurant industry there is something called FIFO (first in, first out). On multiple occasions I have seen employees (and cooks) simply bring out new product and dump it on top of older product.
The unfortunate thing is that the location is relatively newer (2+ months now) and the service is still bad. This should be quick service.
Not just with this Cava, but in all Cava’s I always notice how the line (where the food is) is always dirty and disgusting with food everywhere.
Like I mentioned, food is great, service sucks. Will still be going unless it gets progressively worse.

Read moreI arrived at this location at 9:15 PM, well before closing at 10 PM, and had a disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. While waiting in line, I noticed that one employee ignored my presence entirely, focusing on online orders without acknowledging me. When another employee finally took my order, the first thing he said was, “To go, right?” without giving me the option to dine in—despite the fact that there were still guests eating inside. Additionally, another worker was already emptying the drink dispensers, making it impossible to order a beverage.
Overall, the customer service at this location was incredibly poor, and the staff seemed annoyed by customers rather than willing to assist them. If the employees are unhappy working here, it shouldn’t be taken out on paying customers. I’ve had better experiences at other CAVA locations, but unfortunately, this was the worst one...
