First time trying them out since I live right down the road. I was super excited to see such a cute spot in my area. I I specifically went for the French toast. Which was displayed on a paper menu, but I was told that they were out of stock. Not sure why it was still being displayed if it wasn’t available. The man then told me that the rose latte that I wanted was not available either. It was only seasonal, I then asked for a lavender latte with oat milk and got two other items of food instead along with a hot chocolate. I then found this adorable florist that I got a bouquet of flowers from who was lovely and was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes with no notice that my food had been up. I walked up to the counter and asked if that was my food and he said yes he gave me a cupholder and I asked if it was oat milk and he said no and I’d have to wait if I wanted it to be redone he was nothing but rude to me. The entire time his tone was dismissive and it seemed like everything I asked for was a burden. This has the potential to be such a cute spot, but I won’t be returning due to my customer service with this one employee. I let him know that he was very rude and short with me the entire time and he didn’t seem to care. Not how I wanted to start my day.
