I tried to leave a second review, but couldn't so I'm adding it here. On the morning of 5/25/2022 I once again had to buy food here because other places that were supposed to be open were not. About 30-40% of the time I stop at this Jack in the Box I get the wrong order based on what I request and the person working reads back to me. California minimum wage has gone up and they still can't get an order correct! I haven't written reviews on every time they get it wrong, but this is insane the amount of times they GET IT WRONG! I made my order, they replied back to me correctly. I go up to the window and the drink is wrong so they correct it there before I leave, but have to dump it. I get to work and the sandwich is wrong. I can't drive all the way back to Jack in the Box to ask for a new one. Why can't you hire people that KNOW what they are DOING?
Was there on 9/10/2021 at 06:15. I was the only one in line so it wasn't busy. I ordered a sausage and cheese only croissant, hash browns and a drink. When I got my order there were no hash browns and when questioned, in a mean voice I was told I didn't order any. When I drove off and started eating I found that my order was further wrong. Read moreI’ve been here a few times, and every time I get an opportunity to observe the food handling of the women making the hamburgers, I cringe when I see their not wearing any gloves. and not to pick on that woman, none of staff are wearing gloves at this location which is enough to make me sick and I hope to God I don’t get sick. it’s very possible if you eat here and later on you feel yourself getting sick It’s probably because they don’t wear gloves and don’t thoroughly wash their hands. It’s one thing if the food is rotten or there’s mold or that’s one thing, but the high probability of poor sanitation, not wearing gloves. Ive walked in and seen them on their phones, put the phone in their pockets and begin to handle food. think of all the viruses and bacteria on the cell phone that’s now on your hamburger buns or anything else that wasn’t deep fried it’s really disgusting and I’ll be honest. This is the last time I’m coming here many other restaurants do the same, so I always call them out. If you go through my reviews, you will see lots of restaurants that don’t wear gloves and I won’t go there anymore. Read moreBefore I start the bad part of this review, id like to share the good: the drive thru worker at the window was very professional handling my order. Unfortunately i didnt get his name but he had a bad boy club logo tattoo on his wrist. 5 stars to him... Now for the big bad ugly part which pissed me off: I was in the parking lot finishing my breakfast this morning and a random man knocks on my window while I'm on the phone. I told him I'm on an important call and he still insisted on talking to me. He kept coming back to my tesla to demand how much money I make doing uber regardless if I was on the phone. The client I was talking to suggested I call them back later due to his persistent and aggressive approach, and lack of respect. He asked questions and seemed to not like the reality of my answers, it seems like he kept asking the same questions over and over again to try and get an answer he would like. This is just ridiculous. Later I find out he's a new manager of this Jack in the Box and his name is "Moe" I manage a restaurant and never would I ever be rude and disruptive if a client was busy on a call or conversation like this.
