Creperie Antoinette — Restaurant in San Diego

I love eating local so it sucks to write a review like this but gotta keep places honest. Lots of room to improve on the service side, food wasn’t great either. It took 38minutes, I literally began timing it, for our 2 crepes to come out. Ridiculous. There was nobody in line behind us and they weren’t even cooking anything when we got there. I asked for a sample of the sorbet that looked great at the counter, they went behind into the kitchen and grabbed a tub of the sorbet and spooned out the sample from there. Weird. Lovely place! The crepes are quite pricey but are large and all the ingredients tasted super fresh! Cappuccino and macaron was yummy too. The clerk and I’m guessing the owner (the tall man making the crepes) were so friendly and you could tell were really proud of the beautiful place they created. Antoinette is a hidden gem for dessert lovers! Their restaurant is so elegant and beautiful. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements their delicious offerings.
