I really want to like this place but there's always something. Been a customer since the Ashford street location. Always Hit or miss. Order made wrong on multiple occasions etc. Today I ordered online and it was canceled by them. I was just down the street on my way when I ordered and did not see the update. There was no line and they were not "slammed" when I arrived and was told wrong location. Confused I went back to the car to check my phone and saw that it was canceled. (As a Chef I know what busy is) On top of that it says my funds are now on hold for 3 days. It's not the money, it's the principle. Some professional advice. Just turn off or pause the tablets if they can't handle the rush instead of accepting then canceling orders. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from either location anymore. I get the northern version which has Massaman curry in it, I do it veggie style and it comes w cabbage in it. Lots of extra bean sprouts on the side. I'm pretty sure I offended the attendant by asking questions and for extra sauce, I normally don't see such huge eyerolls and blatant disappointment from a food service worker when I'm enthusiastic about the food. It was good. So good as to ignore that behavior.
