Courteous staff, but did not give me what I ordered and didn’t seem to know what I wanted even after I explained how the drink was made. I ordered the White Hot Chocolate and was given regular hot chocolate. Big deal, right? But for $5 if I wanted regular hot chocolate I could make it at home. I only go to Starbucks for this drink because it’s something I can only get at Starbucks and is the only reason I go there occasionally. I checked to see if perhaps it was discontinued from the menu, but it’s not, and this particular store is listed to have it. They didn't even try to make the attempt to fix my order. Coffee is not cheap, and with such bad customer service,...

It looked like there was nobody there and then finally someone came out to do a drive-through order but it’s obvious that she radioed for somebody else to come assist me and I could tell the second person mouthed "did you want to order?" And then shook her head in a NO gesture. I mouthed also, and made the gesture that I am not with a vehicle and she just kinda went sorry and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable to build these new drive-through/walk up window stores, and to straight up just...
