I’ve never written a review for a Subway location before, but this time I had to.
I wanted to give a big thank you to David.
I placed an order through the app, and once I got back home I noticed it was made incorrectly.
I went back and the person who initially made my order wasn’t there, but David made me another sandwich at no extra cost.
But it wasn’t just the sandwich that he made and the polite service he provided that impressed me, it was standing in line watching him handle three customers who didn’t know English. He clearly didn’t speak their language, but he provided a smile and guided them in properly ordering their food.
On top of that, I watched him make my food while a customer shoved a phone in his face asking him to speak to speak with that customers friend and take his order. To my surprise, he did that with a smile on his face as well.
He multitasked like a champ, and never once became rude, frustrated, or annoyed with any customer.
Whoever owns this location should seriously consider making David a manager and giving him a raise, and based on a lot of the other reviews I see here on Google, potentially having David train the rest of the team on customer service.

Read moreThis new self-ordering situation….lol….so ridiculously inefficient for normal, walk-in orders. Walk-in people are now mixed in with mobile orders. Took over 30 min for us to get ONE sandwich. Also, the computer ordering system was saying certain items (like olives) were out of stock, but I was looking right at them through the glass. I asked if I could just order with the employee. I got a ‘NO’. So, I didn’t order at all. What makes it worse, is much of the time, the employee had to ask people questions about what they wanted on their sandwiches anyway (when they ran out of things). Just take orders like normal, so people can get out of the way! My grandmother ended up ordering and my husband and I chose to not give this place our money. Done with Subway. I actually feel really bad for the ONE employee having to deal with this idiotic system. He was working way too hard for people who weren’t even in store, while in-store people gathered and stood….FOREVER, becoming annoyed. Really...
Read moreThis subway banks on its location and near by people and business, and it’s the only thing it’s got going for them. It’s a shame to franchise and a shame to the Subway name.
We lack options for weekday lunches and this subway always have something wrong or missing. Most of the time coming here is a waste of your time and they might not have the ingredient you want or it’s just simply gonna be a bad sandwich…is that possible? Yes it is here. I’ve had subway many years and this is the first place (international locations included) that can seriously mess up a standard menu sandwich.
Workers here aren’t properly trained the managers aren’t doing their jobs in ordering hiring training restocking their stuff.
However many times we try to give them a chance, never fails to fail us. We need to learn our lessons and support other businesses nearby for lunch. Even if that means going further away!!
Someone please buy this owner out and do better! Give us better sandwiches…it’s...
