Very warm and friendly staff. I have consistently good service every time I visit and it gets my day started on a bright note.

My go-to coffee drink at any coffee shop is a nitro cold brew, if it's even available, and this place has 8 available on tap! I've tried them all by now and they're all excellent and distinct. My favorite is the "Son of a Son of a Sailor" which has infused a hint of cinnamon flavor.

I've tried the double chocolate keto protein donut and it was a lot more moist and tastier than I expected. I didn't feel regret or feel awful after eating it like I do with other "normal" donuts. However, I think it would be better if they still posted nutrition info on their bakery items somewhere. I believe they did up until last year on their website but that information was nowhere to be found now (April 2024).

The place itself is spacious and comfortable to relax and usually not overcrowded.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys a nitro cold brew. You can always try the "Nitro Cold Brew Flight" if you want to try out 4 of their offerings at once.

Absolutely incredible store. Yo u have to come here. What a treat! The size is huge with loads of seating, yet the ambience is still all encompassing despite it being so big, which is rare in larger stores. The staff are wonderful and so kind! My wife and I spent around $50 on merch and several drinks. The merch is top quality and super cute, it was hard to resist these The drinks are for coffee extraordinaries. I had a cold brew flight - something I’ve never heard of and was so unique in every flavor. You’re not just here for coffee but an experience. I didn’t know trident specialized in cold brews. One was aged in a smoked bourbon barrel… wow I’ve attached a menu for those interested. They had multiple gluten free items which my wife was incredibly excited to try! It’s nice to see a store create good products for those with allergies. I rarely give 5 stars but I would give 10 if I could. I couldn’t recommend this place...

Cute place in a great location. A lot of people took their coffee to go and probably enjoyed it while overlooking the beach.

Staff is friendly and they are constantly cleaning here.

I know this place specializes in cold brew, but my iced matcha latte (2 pumps vanilla, 1 pump lavender) was really good!

LOTS of natural light thanks to the big windows. There is a decent amount of seating. I liked the environment because it was mostly other people working remotely (like myself). There wasn't music on at first, but then I think the next shift person came in and turned it on. It was 2010s Top 40. The volume wasn't too high so you don't have to worry about this being one of those noisy venues if you need...
