First off, let me say that the lady who made the drink was very kind and attentive towards me. I was the last customer of the day, and she made my drink with as much care as the first drink of the day. So thanks for that.
For me, the cappuccino was okay. It was not as good as Grand Coffee, Coffee Movement, Saint Frank, or many other places in San Francisco. It was balanced, but did not have that innate sweetness that I look for in a cap naturally from the beans without added sugar. It was pretty with the pedals (that didn't take anything away from the taste I must say), but it just didn't hit the chocolatey notes or flavor I would hope from a cap.
The interior of the cafe isn't really a cafe, but plant store. It's a beautiful shop, but I am basing my review off the cap alone, and not the service.

I asked the barista to fix it and told him how it taste but declined my request and he said it was already sent out. This is very poor customer service. In any cafe, they will always fix any issues. It seems this business is not really doing a real business. They do not know how to take feedback and apologize.
