I came by this spot while visiting the Bay Area with some friends and family on a Sunday night. After a long day of walking around and seeing the sights we decided on this joint for a low key dinner. Our sever Tully was amazing, she was knowledgeable about the menu, super responsive and was nice enough to engage with a group of punch drunk travelers who had been traversing SF hills all day. The menu was fairly diverse from pot stickers to bbq ribs but also included the staples such as burgers, salads, chicken sandwiches … etc. Our group ordered a little bit of everything; Bolognese, burgers, salads, fried chicken, pot stickers and even an impossible burger. Everyone was very impressed with their meals and couldn’t have been happier to share their thoughts, sorry Tully! This place has an unassuming charm that many may walk by, I would recommend all to stop and enjoy it like we did!

Small business owned and and operated by San Francisco and Russian Hill owners! A true gem! The spicy mezcal-rita is delicious - spicy and smokey. Decent selection of beers on tap, although could be better. For food - I ordered the calamari po’boy, but was eyeing the truffle ravioli. The po’boy was a good choice, coleslaw, aioli, crisp calamari - very tasty. The burger was cooked perfectly and generous size patty. My only complaint is that it comes plain. Everything is extra, cheese $2, mushrooms $2, fries, etc, etc. Ketchup and mustard were offered, but some additional sauces would be nice as well as some specialty burger options where you don’t have to build your own. Parking in the neighborhood is decent. Very walkable area with lots to do. The owners are A’s fans, so a good spot to watch them, although they’ll put on something else on request.

The ribs. The St.Louis ribs were amazing! Granted that each of us has our own likes, dislikes, and preferences about food, these were some of the best ribs I've ever had - so tender and dreamily easy to coax off the bone ... and the sauce (homemade by chef) was like a sensational peppery kiss. Another family member ordered the dunganess crab, dayboat scallop and shrimp cakes with sriracha lime sauce (not very spicy) - he loved it. Fries and coleslaw were above average but not superlative, but main part of our entrees was. Server was really friendly (but not invasive), helpful and efficient. Chose outdoor seating - it was comfortable and upheld Covid guidelines.

DO NOT come here for a good meal. We had the chicken sandwich. Kid had a cheeseburger. Also had the black ravioli and another Italian based dish. The ravioli and other Italian dishes tasted bland with an strong tomato sauce flavor to give you your dose of Italian. The burger was bland and very dry (the ones I make at home are better). The chicken sandwich was bland as well. It was fried in decent batter that lacked flavor and the bun further took away from the potential it had at being good. My brother and wife didn’t even touch their chicken sandwich after having a bite of mine and not liking it. My brother told our waitress that the meal was not good at all. Even though it was apparent that the other chicken sandwich meal wasn’t even touched there wasn’t any gesture towards mediating/accommodating the bad experience with the meal. After working at some renowned restaurants, some of these things just seem like common sense to me but I guess they are not. Will not be returning and will discourage others from doing so unless they just want to go...
