I only have 30 minutes for lunch and I called the boys deli sandwich to try to place an order. I was on hold for 15 minutes and 29 seconds when I called back. I asked them where they still taking over the phone orders because I was on hold for almost 15 minutes, the person who answered Phone then told me that they don’t know why I’m complaining because they are busy. I proceeded to make my order even though they were having a very poor attitude. I told them that I wanted a salami sandwich because I could not remember the name of the correct sandwich and then I stated to them that I wanted the Spartacus sandwich. The Spartacus sandwich is a salami sandwich and they proceeded to tell me that I’m making the order hard for them because I changed my mind about what I wanted. They proceeded to tell me that I messed up because I told him that I didn’t want any tomatoes because I was allergic to tomatoes and did not want mayonnaise. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why be in customer service if the customer can’t even amend an order, I proceeded to ask him for the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I asked him what was the most popular cheese for the sandwich they told me that I can go look on the online menu and see what we have and call, instead of being prepared. I will never order from this place again. I do not even usually leave reviews, but speaking to them left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered the food for pick up. I have been coming here since my son was five years old. He is now 18. Our usual order has always been the Sanfrancycle and the Italian Combo, both toasted on Dutch crunch. Over the past 10 plus years, we have never once been disappointed.

The Sanfrancycle is made with honey turkey, smoked Gouda, crispy bacon, garlic, and remoulade sauce, all stacked on fresh Boudin bread. We always go with Dutch crunch -- it is the perfect choice for a sandwich like this. Sanfrancycle Sandwich: 5/5
