One of the fanciest Taco Bells you've seen (but not the greatest, most beautiful one. that's in pacifica), albeit, a rather small one. You have the standard Taco Bell menu (although no cinnamon twists, strangely enough) for slightly higher prices, plus some special items to this location. To be honest: I haven't tried those since they're not the cheapest and are really intended to share with others. This location was also originally planned to serve alcohol like other Cantina locations, but they still do not (and may not thanks to the neighborhood frowning upon it). You may find yourself waiting for a bit; Either for a cashier to show up and help you, waiting in a line, and/or waiting for your food), but at least there's the big window into their kitchen so you can watch them use a caulking gun squeeze sour cream into your supreme taco. Some of the seating areas does include power/USB outlets to charge your devices, which is handy. And there's a big set of screens airing different TV channels (no audio) along with free wifi in the store, which is all good. However, there's not much seating overall. It's a pretty small location. There is outdoor seating, but you'll find it to be quite windy out there majority of the time. There's no drive-thru, but if you order online, they have a pick-up window on the sidewalk...however, I never really had great experiences with that. Most of the time the cashier doesn't notice you waiting in the cold, so just go inside if you're picking up. Overall: It's a good serviceable location (and much cleaner than the McDonalds across the street. and weirdly enough, not as much homeless here compared to McD's), but I wish it was better in...
Read moreStay away from this establishment!!! I have had a number of issues that have happened in this TB previously. However, some time has passed and I spoke to the DM about the previous issues and I wanted to give it another chance. Huge mistake!!! Two large disgusting bags of trash greeted me at the front door at about 10:30 tonight. As I walked to the counter to place my order, the staff member left the area and walked into the dining area and began stacking chairs on top of tables, two hours prior to their posted closing time. Once again feeling very unwelcomed here. Waited 10 mins for someone to approach me and take my order. No apology for the wait and was immediately informed that they could only take credit cards, no cash!!! Who ever heard of any Taco Bell not accepting cash??? The guy behind the counter (extremely rude about my frustration at the situation because this was not my first problem here) and I had a few words at each other. He stated that their system was down. Ok, I don’t believe that. If a system is offline, you shouldn’t be able to take credit cards. Never heard of not being able to take cash. I was yelled at to leave the place. I think once again they didn’t want to serve anyone. This happened once before when they closed at 11:00pm instead of the posted 1:00am closure. Another time they ran out of food. How does a TB completely run out of food? They are always out of something. Some people work late and want to grab something to eat. With limited options this TB should be sensitive on this point. The service and running out of food are the issues. If you read the other reviews, you will see many people have the same issues with this...
Read moreThis Taco Bell hands down has to be the absolute most wonderful Taco Bell experience i have ever had the pleasure of eating at. This location has found a way to take a fast food restaurant and turn it into a seemingly fresh and organic experience . With the atmosphere that encircles you as you step through the threshold to the viewing gallery of the skilled workers behind the glass counter as they create your delectable meal. Having Kiosks to order at most definitely speeds up the process and allows the employees to focus more directly on the food preparation. to me this was a great relief to the consumer and the employee. If your looking for the same old same old taco bell which don't get me wrong i am a taco bell lover through and through however this location as Emerald would say "Takes it up a notch". The overall presentation of the food was much more pleasing as well as the end result of how it actually tastes. I know i enjoy coming here when ever i am near the park as its a fun place to go with friends and hang out a bit. Heh who would of thunk .... I just said taco bell is a fun place to hang out with friends. never thought i would have made that statement but these guys and gals do it right "BAM" they have got the right idea in my mind! this was Jonathan E. Thanks for taking the time to read my review hope you have a wonderful...
