I had a very strange experience on July 5, 2025. At the entrance there was a sign stating please wait to be seated. So, I waited. The server, the only one in the bar, stared at me for several minutes. She finally approached me then walked by to go outside. After that she stopped just outside the door. I said, “your sign says please wait to be seated”. She said, just sit anywhere you want. I sit at the bar and she finally returns. I ask, is this your entire wine list? She says yes. I then order a glass of GSM which was good. She presents me with an I pad for payment and I hand her cash. She says thank you and walks to her register. After waiting about 10 minutes I asked her if she was going to give me my change. She said, we have no change, this is not a cash bar. I then say, I’ll pay by credit card. She brings back the cash, the I pad and some other little device. The I pad says tap, swipe or enter the card number. I try tapping on the screen at the symbol several times and it’s not accepting the charge. The other device is sitting there so I try tapping, it works! What this lady doesn’t understand is 1: she stands at the bar and ignores me for about 5 minutes, nothing else to do, just stare and ignore me. 2: I pay in cash, there are no signs or clues on the menu stating they don’t accept cash. Only after I ask for my change does she state this is not a cash bar. * Despite her answer to this complaint the place was not busy at all! Get a clue lady! If you don’t want to accept cash then put up a sign or state it in the menu! Also, ignoring customers is not going to help your business. I fail to see how this business will ever make a profit. I’d never been there before and will...
Read moreMy gf and I came to the Amy Winehouse Tribute performance a few days ago and we had a blast! I personally loved the atmosphere of this bar. As an Amy Winehouse fan, Vic’s Winehouse did not disappoint. The bar felt cozy and welcoming surrounded by various Amy memorabilia; music, displayed wardrobe, photography, etc. The owner, Victoria, although I only said hi to her and thanked her for her performance (wished I had said more but my anxiety always wins), seems down to earth, funny, and you can tell that she poured her heart and soul into giving us this beautiful space. I want to come here every month to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. 5+ stars from me. I do hope the beer menu expands at some point but I understand the appeal of keeping the menu small. The cheese plate was delicious! Can’t wait to visit in the...

Vics Winehouse is a true gem—warm, inviting, and effortlessly charming. The selection of wines is fantastic, the music is the best in the city. The owner is incredibly friendly and she sings too! She put her heart and soul into this amazing place, always making us feels like home. We’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. We go there not only for drinks and conversations, but also to enjoy real Jazz music ( so hard to find in the city these days) As live jazz melodies fill the air, the cozy atmosphere becomes even more magical. What I really love about Vics Winehouse is that it never disappoints. You get exactly what you would expect, every time. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxed evening with friends, your significant other, or if you come alone, you can make...
