Callejeros | Miramar — Restaurant in San Juan

I visited back in June and was excited to come back but I guess i overhyped it. Best thing here was the agua Fresca and it’s pre made. No real greeting upon arrival. The young girl that took my order (who claimed to be a manager) was also having lunch with friends at another table. My tacos came out with all cilantro STEMS! (Pic attached) The little bit of cilantro leaves I did have were brown and mushy as if it was old. My waitress was having lunch so I had to walk up to the window to express my concerns. The lady behind the bar brought back what i thought were fresh remade tacos but were actually just picked at and returned with new cilantro, threw it on the table and walked away. Literally the bite I took before taking them back was still there. No one even came back to check on us at all, ever. Ended up having to go ASK to pay. SMH, needless to say I should have just got my agua Fresca and been on my way. On top of allllll of this ! They charged me $66 on the hand held, I knew it sounded high but I didn’t say anything. Just asked for a receipt and sure enough my receipt only said $56.27, they had added $10 without my knowledge!!! Extremely unacceptable!!!! Then they just spoke back and forth for 10mins making phone calls and handed me $10 in cash. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! They will feed you mediocre nonsense and then add extra money/tips to your bill thinking you won’t ask for a receipt. TERRIBLE...

This was disappointing , as I’ve been a loyal customer since almost 4 years. I arrived today with my boyfriend for dinner, and he had an almost empty Heineken beer bottle with him. A Mexican man quickly, without asking if he can take the bottle or saying “you cannot enter with alcoholic beverages from outside”; took his bottle and threw it away. We then sat down and the waitress gave us the QR code menu but did not ask “do you want something to drink”, “if there’s anything I can help you with, please let me know”. We waited for maybe 10 minutes and nobody approached us to ask if we were ready to order or wanted anything, although there were three waitresses doing NOTHING. We asked the same guy that took the bottle, if we could order something and he replied “no, yo no trabajo aquí”. Well why the hell did he received us, grabbed my bf’s Heineken bottle and told us “sit wherever you want”. There was 0 intent to attend us. Terrible customer service. I've been here three times so far, and the only thing that brought me back was the outside seating area. The service is non-existent, they constantly get orders wrong, and it takes forever to get your food/drinks. The first time I ordered shrimp nachos, waited for 1.5 hrs only to find out they ran out of shrimp (and the waiter was afraid to tell me, I assume? Or waited for our group to leave with me not noticing that I haven't gotten my food for some reason?)
