As Chef Antonio said, this is not a restaurant but rather it is his and Sarah’s home that they welcome us into. This 12-seated Chef’s Table is an experience and conversation with those around you as well as with the food that speaks volumes while allowing you to be curious.
Chef Antonio makes this experience extremely welcoming and accessible for anyone from all walks of life. Sarah made our day when she was so kind in emails leading up to potentially attending the November Cheese month. I had emailed her to see if there were two spots available and she put us on her list and crossed her fingers for us! When we got the email that two spots had opened (on our wedding day) it was the most beautiful gift to us!
Sarah continued to be warm, welcoming, and connective on a human to human level. Antonio took us on a journey of the ingredients and how cheese was highlighted in each dish, not to mention the wine pairing that Sarah would create to emphasize each flavor!
