One you should check ids - but your bartenders want to charge access amounts on shots. Some might be stupid. But not me. That’s why she put the price down when I asked her if shots were 15 each. 4 shots aren’t 60 . We aren’t in a strip club. It’s a tourist trap for sure. But that’s it. And if you feel threatened with people you let in your club don’t let them in - and if you let them in don’t let your “ security “ who can only roll on top of someone stand behind my husband. Thats not cool. Before all of that I wanted a couple bottles of champagne- because that’s what I like to drink - Next time you guys feel threatened - make sure you only let teens in - because adults with class won’t spend more than they need to on shots in your “ space “ with music. And let your door guy know the difference between a pat down and an illegal search. You can check my purse but don’t start grabbing my husband’s pockets and manipulating a search It’s illegal. *READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE. Be careful they like to randomly charge extra SCAM. I was there & was given the choice to get a drink inside or sit outside in a table with a waiters. I choice outside ordered 5 gin & tonics for the 5 of us. When we asked for a 2nd round we were told the first round was $150 & second round would be $90. When we ask why so much for 5 simple drinks,? We were told it was VIP outdoor sitting. We were never told that in the beginning. Then when we wanted to pay were told it was cash only & ATM was across the street. We asked to speak with a manager & the waiters quickly changed her story & said she can do a debt card. A table next to us had two drinks & paid the bartender for the drinks. When leaving they were harassed they had to pay more. They asked to speak to the manager & bartender that they paid their tab with but they made themselves invisible. There are a lot of better places around the area, I recommend going anywhere else & avoid this place. See other 1 star reviews that all had similar experiences with drinks costs whatever the staff...

This place deserves zero stars but that's not an option. We Ubered to "La Placita" on a Tuesday night. Once we got out an old drunk guy told us we should go there, and they had good food drinks and music. It was jumping plus the music was to our standards so we went. The guy at the door says it's $200 for a VIP table which was on the patio outside, absolutely not. There was a very small room with 3-4 tables. A lot of young locals were dancing in front of the bar. Here's why I wouldn't recommend this place, they charged $90 for 3 shots of Jose Cuervo and 3 margaritas. I'm all for balling out when on vacation, but this was a complete scam. I do this, so I know we were being played. They knew we weren't from there and took advantage of that. I paid with cash, and had to ask for my change. I guess she thought I was tipping her for scamming me. After drinking that $90 we left, then proceeded to read the reviews which all say the same except the ones from the "Local guide". They're trash...
