Pudge's Pizza — Restaurant in San Juan

I came here to this location on February 2 when it was 5:00 to 6 o’clock and to me it was a privilege of interest coming here because as a baseball fan I finally came to a restaurant that was coming from a Puerto Rican player. Well the atmosphere inside showed the number of achievements he had of how good Ivan Rodriguez was at the sport. I saw that they served not only pizza but also other food items in this restaurant. To start we decided to order a large cheese pizza for take out. Once we got to our place we stayed and started to eat the pizza, the quantity of cheese the pizza had was excellent but as for the dough itself it tasted kind of off. The dough crust on the pizza felt it was cooked and undercooked which was a bit disappointing. The people working the kitchen were very young guys and to get the facts straight, just because the pizza joint chain comes from a baseball legend may not always mean that you will have good results. Went Tuesday at 10:05pm and the employee told me that they were closed already even though the closing time its 11pm. She told me that because she was alone, she was already cleaning and was unable to serve me.

The next day 5/7, went again around 7pm, there were 4-5 employees at this time. I ordered a large pizza and two cokes thru the link; and while i was waiting for the order I noticed a banner with the pizza combos. I asked the guy if i could get one of the combos witch included the same large pizza that i already ordered with boneless and a large coke for the same $28 that i already paid. He told me that he could not give me the offer because it was only for the weekends. The banner did not specify the timeframe for its availability.

I DO NOT recommend them I ordered a 12 inch pizza and I took them 30 mins or more to give us our pizza when I went to ask for a refund the manager left me there standing started attending other people and then asked me what was the problem I told her that we ordered a 12 inch pizza and 4 other customers with the came after me with 16 inch pizzas and they're orders came out before our pizza did she tells me you're pizza is there when I look at it it looks like it was there for a while I told her that I did not want that pizza that it was unacceptable for a pizza to take 30 mins in an electric oven real poor service especially from the...
