PRICE The price was rather steep, which shouldn't be a surprise, because after all it is a mall, and the food in the food court is typically high. I was bothered that for such a high price they charged for both fry sauce and refills on your drinks!

EMPLOYEES We were served by a heavy-set, short, hispanic woman. She took our order, but obviously didn't care.

PRODUCT/SERVICE I chose the regular sized chicken sandwich in a meal. My wife chose another sandwich in a meal and for our daughter we chose a kids meal which included two strips and a few fries. Even though I thought the total price was outrageous, I did find the sandwich delicious, but over-priced.

I love Charley’s, their food is amazing. But I am giving this specific location two stars for a couple of reasons.

The employees here have been consistently rude, every time we’ve come here, they push us to move so fast I hardly have time to tell them everything about the order before they call the next person.

I understand working in a mall can be fast paced, but their demeanor is excessively rude. Also, about four times we’ve shown up around 8:30pm, and the employees tell us they are closed. Their website, and the hours posted there say they close at nine.

And there have been a few occasions they remain open past eight thirty and match up with the hours, so it comes across like they are just saying they’re closed to avoid taking any...

My sandwich was missing some of the toppings it was supposed to come with and they literally put the smallest singular piece of tomato on there. The guy who took my order handed me the receipt with a pen and said “we need a tip” before he handed my card back. The girls making the order we’re more interested in their conversation to pay any attention to doing their job well. They put just my sandwich out and when I politely said “Excuse me, I ordered fries as well” the younger girl said “they’re coming” in a very rude tone. No offer for fry sauce, napkin dispensers were empty, meat was burned, fries were burned. Not impressed. I’ve been to this location many times and had no issues up until today.
