The fact that I’m writing a review almost a week later might explain how angry I still am! My daughter and I came thru the drive through at this location last Saturday Feb 8 in the afternoon. The guy that took our order was rushing us through and questioned the Buy one get one free fundraiser card that I told him I had. He then told us to pull forward where he proceeded to take my card and tell me that I had already used all of the punches on it. As I explained to him that a week and a half before that when I came through the guy that took my order actually punched my card four times when I only bought two drinks and got two free, which I should’ve only had two punches. He explained to me that he was the only guy that worked there, as he is a white man probably in his 40s, and I said no it was a bigger man with kind of brown skin. He said he is the only man that works at this location, and I said no, he was a bigger guy with brownish skin. He said no one here looks like that. You must’ve been at a different location, I’m the only guy that works here. And I said no this was the right location because my daughter just lives around the corner. And he proceeded to ask me what he looked like again and as I said he was a bigger guy and had brownish skin he said was he black and I said I’m not quite sure it was night time and I did not feel comfortable going into how dark the guy’s skin was. He then proceeded to tell me that the only other guy that worked there was a big black guy… After he told me several times that he himself, a white 40 something year old man was the only guy that worked there. I felt like he was trying to get me to Point out the other man’s race. Which I’m not quite sure why I’d have to go over this in a Jamba Juice drive-through. I finally said just give me my card back and I’ll pay for the drink and he said no I will give you the credit but I’m keeping your card. Fine we got our stuff and I will never go back to that location. The customer service was absolutely disgusting. He seemed to change his tune right after my daughter said that she was going on to write a review. Needless to say, I will never purchase another Jamba Juice fundraiser card or anything for...
   Read moreThis morning was my first time at this Jamba Juice and it was a poor experience. I have work and always grab a smoothie from Jamba on my way. Today I decided to go with this location because it's near my work, unfortunately the service takes forever and they will sometimes make a rookie mistake. I came in and had to wait five minutes before I was helped and that's because there was a lot of people in the drive thru lane, which is perfectly fine. I totally understand that it was busy so I don't mind waiting. I ordered a large matcha green tea blast and waited about 10 mintues before I receive it. And they gave me a medium so they had to redo it. They dump the medium into a large cup and added some extra things to make it a large before returning it back to me. Except the large matcha green blast I ordered tasted nothing like the usual, it was so disgusting I ended up dumping everythjbg into the drain at work. Reason I’m finally speaking up is my Last 3-4 orders been pretty bad but today was kinda it for me. Waited 20 minutes for a pick up, then I get a frozen bowl? Bananas where frozen then after thawed, chunks where brown..Whether it’s delivery or I pick it up, tried both to try to give them chance. I get the Bowls and the fruit is frozen 70% of the time, granola is tough and half of the time the bowls are premade and sitting in a freezer then put in a bag. 9.00 for frozen premade bowl? Also the Pretzels/ bites are microwaved upon your arrival. I’ve tried to be patient but it just is getting worse. Will probably start to go elsewhere.
