Drive through several times a year. I will say the early shift employees have always been pleasant and thoughtful. Since we typically only get the originals they usually have plenty of those. I highly recommend going here earlier in the day.
We haven't had the best luck with the afternoon visits. IDK if the shift manager is different or if the afternoon is busy or what but the employees later in the day are short with you, like you are interrupting thier work. I can usually have nice small talk but not with this location in the afternoon. The original doughnuts get wet and sticky in the afternoon, leaving me to think they are older.
I highly appreciate that they have the report card doughnuts for kids. It's great to have a company supporting the community. I think it should be clarified or ammend by corporate to reflect the different school schedules. I went to get 6 for my son with his straight "A" s, yay, & was informed that they can't do it over summer. I explained that the school goes until June so we get the report cards in summer. She said she couldn't do it because it's the new semester. It isn't the new semester yet, not for our charter school. The report card even says it's for the 2022 school year, which is the year we are in.
It's not about the free doughnuts, the kid with the grades gets the whole 6 to himself & I buy a dozen for the rest of the family. I will still continue to buy doughnuts to celebrate achievements with the kids. It's just the thought that my son doesn't feel like he is part of the reward system when I buy it.

I don't understand why Krispy Kreme has such terrible customer care. Where is quality control? Is this really how they manage their stores? The website states that hours are 'Open til 10' and why offer a coupon you don't intend to honor? What did you expect was going to happen when you ran the 12/12 promotion? It didn't state anything about "while supplies last" and why wouldn't you offer a coupon replacement for customers you couldn't service? If your app worked properly it would have saved me a 30 minute drive and a lot of frustration but the app has never worked correctly. Does Krispy Kreme not employ any IT staff? I see new locations being built all over but customer experience and quality control is almost completely non-existant now. What is the point to opening new stores when you can't supply the demand? I just can't imagine that Corporate would approve of the way these stores are being managed. There is so much more profit potential. Does your company not worry about Loss prevention? Read moreIt was 11pm on a relaxed weekend night and I was enjoying this mood by doing absolutely nothing aka lying in bed, on my back. I stared blankly at my ceiling, visualizing shapes or objects from the stucco on my bedroom ceiling. My fan was creaking but provided a nice breeze. I had already found a transformer and a whopper when I heard a knock at my front door. I sat up, and waited to see if this person would knock again. Sure enough they made contact with their fist on my mahogany door to create a loud noise to yet again alert me of their presence. I stood up reluctantly and opened the door. I saw absolutely nothing until I looked down and saw a box of donuts from Krispy Cream. I made a face similar to this, :0, because it was free donuts. The moment I made such an opening in my mouth, the box somehow unfolded itself and a donut came flying, at a velocity that could beat out light itself and went into my aforementioned mouth. Now with a donut in my mouth, I chewed for a while, then swallowed this heavenly pastry. I did not question that the donut willingly came into my mouth on its own but was rather impressed.
