The worst restaurant experience I've had in 20 years of living in Salt Lake City. Save yourself some time and don't go to this location. My friend and I came in to watch one of the NBA Finals games recently. At first, we were seated at a table where we could see the hockey game, but the NBA game was on a much smaller screen, which we couldn't see very well. After placing our drink order, my friend asked our waitress (her name started with a K, maybe Katelynn or Kayleigh) if the larger TV could be switched to basketball. The waitress said they couldn't do that, but suggested moving to a different table to better see the TV that had the NBA game. Since she suggested it, we figured it wouldn't be a huge inconvenience to her or the other staff. Katelynn might've just been up front and said, "You can switch tables, but myself and my fellow waiters would consider this to be beyond the pale and will passive aggressively give you the silent treatment for the remainder of your visit," which is exactly what happened. Before showing us to the new table, Katelynn told us she was canceling our drink order, which we thought was a little odd, and should've been a red flag. At the new table, we waited for 35-45 minutes as Katelynn and this other blonde waitress walked back and forth past us time and time again helping the other nearby tables, all while pointedly ignoring us. After 20-30 minutes, we tried to reach out and said "excuse me?" a few times to Katelynn and the blonde waitress as they were walking by. No response, still just got the silent treatment. My friend (who happened to be one of the few people of color in the restaurant at the time) and I wondered to ourselves why they could be ignoring us like this.... We may never know, but this obviously isn't the type of business where the employees are held accountable for anything. Eventually we just walked out without ever being acknowledged or helped, and went up the road to 'Bout Time, which is where we'll go...

My husband and I did their curbside pickup because, COVID-19, and everything was fresh and crispy!
Their fried pickles were really good! The batter wasn’t too thick or greasy and the batter stayed on the pickles compared to other places where the batter falls off completely. I chose to dip them in their normal ranch sauce and it was seriously so good! I would definitely recommend trying their fried pickles if you like pickles!
Their beer battered fries and sweet potato fries were also delicious! With getting them to-go, I was worried that they would be soggy, but they were crispy and crunchy, just the way I like it!
My husband got the PAC-12 Burger and he said it was one of the best burgers he’s had in a while. He hates when a burger is really messy and drips all over the place, and this burger had just the right amount of BBQ sauce that it didn’t make a huge mess! That’s a win!
I got the Garlic Burger and it was good! Their burgers are 2 thinner beef patties and I think their buns are fresh; they definitely tasted fresh! My only suggestion for this burger would be to maybe add some sautéed mushrooms to it to make it a more memorable bu
The service was great! We ordered over the phone and she said that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I didn’t realize it would be done so soon, so I asked if they could have it done closer to 30 minutes because we had to drive there. They totally waited on making it so it was hot and fresh! I did ask for no onions on my burger and they must have forgotten because there were purple onions on my burger; but I just threw them away. No big deal.
Great food and great service. My husband will definitely be back when they open...

Such a disappointment, especially since the night started off so well.
I came here with a small group of friends (3 out of 4 of us--including myself--were newbies) for a birthday, and everything started off great.
We got sat right away, the ambiance had a nice vibe to it, and our waitress was very sweet and attentive.
However, as the night went on, things started to change:/
We ordered some poutine to start off with, and it was great and got scarfed in no time, lol.
(Same goes for the drinks:)
I also ordered a cup of potato & bacon soup, which was very tasty; and it definitely hit the spot on a chilly night!
We were all definitely impressed!
For the entrees, I ordered a chili dog (which I regret), while everyone else ordered burgers.
There were no complaints about the burgers, as they were delish; but the chili on my chili-dog was bland (and for that price, it definitely shouldn’t have tasted bland).
And this is where the night took a turn:/
We don't know if it was because it was starting to get late (we left about an hour before the restaurant closed) or what, but our waitress changed.
She came to ask us how everything was... and then walked away, mid-sentence, as we responded (in fact, she did that twice).
And, after a long wait, we ended up getting our own to-go boxes, basically clearing off our own table, and reminding her to give us our bill... which she didn't seem too pleased or happy about either.
Maybe we came on a bad night?
In any event, we were all super bummed about the second half of our...
