This poor team needs a leader. This review is feedback for management/ownership. HELP YOUR TEAM AT THE SANDY SCHOOLYARD LOCATION.
Around six young employees were completely overwhelmed in response to a promotion today, running fast taking care of dozens of walk-ins and a very long drive through line. No leader or manager seemed to be present. They all looked lost and tired, operating independently of each other and hardly speaking.
Walked in and my cash payment was taken when I made an order for 3 smoothies. My family and I waited 30+ minutes. After watching new customers leave with their orders I asked where our order was in the line - they could not find it. It was apparently never put in. More customers piled in and pulled up to the drive through. It clearly would have been an inconvenience to make our orders and though they all looked around, no one knew what to do.
I explained how it was ok but that we waited as long as we could and had to leave so a refund would be just fine. The employee at the register refused to help or discuss the situation with me. A new customer who had just walked in wanted to fight with me about asking for a refund, calling me ārudeā wanting to be some Saturday smoothie shop hero. This team needs a leader, not customers telling each other to āshut up.ā The employee who was now overwhelmed at the drive-through eventually came out with my refund.
Itās great if a business is busy, itās normal when mistakes are made. But if a team has no leader to help guide employees when say an influx of paying customers flood in, or when morale needs a boost, or when support is needed in following systems to fix issues, then hard working employees and paying customers will simply not stick around.

Unfortunately, my visit to the Roxberry in Sandy was the complete opposite. I ordered the same thing I always get at the other location (Classic Acai with whey protein blended in), but it was made so poorly that it was inedible. The protein wasnāt blended at all, and there were clumps of powder throughout the entire bowl. I tried to stir it and make it work, but it was a total waste. I ended up having to throw it away. I even took a picture to show how bad it was, though I wish I had taken it earlier because it was even worse when I first got it. Really disappointing experience, especially since I know how good it can be...

I just ordered the original aƧaĆ bowl and it was very soupy, the granola was soggy and almost had a nut butter texture even though there was no peanut butter. It also had a slightly unusual taste/smell that reminded me of cough syrup. Iām disappointed because the Roxberry in Murray is always amazing, and their bowls are thick and fresh.
