Someone needs to have a serious talk with one of the late night staff members. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. As far as I can tell it’s the same guy each time. He aggressively upsells every little item, even after the customer has stated multiple times again and again NO just regular today nothing additional. But he asks on every single item multiple times anyways. If someone says NO they don’t want something, don’t continue to push them constantly to go for something anyways. In the past, this has been just annoying as can be every time and I just delt with it. This time I said it multiple times over to get the point across no just regular that’s all today and he decided to correct me and say “the question was do you want anything else tonight?” And once I said no, that’s all, he said, pull the window. As the conversation progressed he changed his tone became more and more aggressive, annoyed and non-friendly manner. I guarantee this is driving other customers away as well, a formal complaint has been filed with the corporate office. Please treat your customers better, some of us are tired and just want to take some food home and pass out. We don’t want to deal with someone who is annoyed at our existence, because we declined their constant pushing for an upsell. Thank you.

I eat at Taco Bell a lot, like 3 or 4 times a week a lot, and I've eaten at many around the salt lake area. I used to avoid this location because they're typically .10 to .50 more expensive than other locations. However, with the latest cravings value menu option they were on par with other locations so I decided to not drive by them to go to a different location less than 8 minutes away. This location has consistently given full tacos/chalupas/crunch wraps/nachos/etc. or whatever I've ordered. When prices change again, I'll likely continue coming to this location, even if they are more than the other locations. My only real complaint, isn't really this location fault, but is the overall prices of Taco Bell. YUM! brands has forgotten who Taco Bell is or the food they provide. While the couple of cantina chicken tacos I've had were good, I'm going to TB for a cheap fast meal, and $10+ is way off. Even the current 6.50 cravings value meal deal is pushing the limit. People want a decent $5 meal deal.

I went through the drive-through yesterday long story short they told me my order was $24.42. They ended up charging my account $29.30. I went back up there. The manager told me it was my fault that I used the Taco Bell app and I sat there and told her I did not use the Taco Bell app. I went through the drive-through and they told me I had to bring the food back to get a refund which is weird because you can’t even resell that food it goes in the trash And when they pulled out the receipt yesterday and they told me OK yeah we overcharged your account they still tried to justify it and say that they were in the right and I’m in the wrong never go to this location they will scam you and the manager is the absolute worst!!

Ladies and gentleman I present to you the most loyal customer of the franchise Taco Bell. I visit Taco Bell daily and get some of their declious burritos and tacos. As I went to this Taco Bell, I knew something was wrong because it never rains on a Taco Bell day. However this day, it was raining but I still decided to go. As my Taco Bell buddy and I ordered, he received his food first and proceeded to sit down to enjoy his Taco Bell meal. And I stood there waiting I noticed that the employees in the back where engaging in a friendly conversation amongst themselves not really wearing what was going on around them. As I still waiting for 10 more minutes the lady in the back as have I been helped. I then replied yes but I'm just waiting for my food she then commented OK will fix it for you. I thought another five minutes of waiting the fat ass that took my order approached me and said excuse me what did you order again. I then replied I ordered a meal deal D any chipotle chicken loaded griller which by the way is my favorite at Taco Bell. He then went into the back to talk to the employees more as I sit there waiting for another five minutes he then approached me again asking the same question he previously asked me before. I gave him the same answer with a look of stupidity as I would hope that he will remember my first answer when I gave it to them. This fat ass went back talked to the employees more, and I stood there waiting for another five minutes. I waited a grand total of about 30 minutes, Watch my Taco Bell buddy finish his food, as well as finish a little bit of my drink. We don't have a go so I asked if I can get it to go. Then the fat ass how do audacityto hand me my food on the tray still give me an empty bag and told me to pack it myself. Oh and by the way this all happened when all the managers were having a meeting together in the lobby. And I know some of them were listening to what was going on because I made frequent eye contact with them. Screw this Taco Bell, screw the fat ass, and screw all the managers. Into the Taco Bell company, this is not your fault I still...

I ordered a large order on door dash, received everything, but the 5 layer beef burrito, in a sealed bag. I attempted to contact the store about the missing item and there was no answer. We went to the stores location with my bag from door dash, to show proof that our item was missing, we weren’t trying to get free food. We explained what happened (in a very respectful manner, we understand people make mistakes and not upset at them, we just wanted what we paid for), and the host said ok?. The response was as if she meant to say, “and this is my problem because or what would you like me to do about it?” There was no apology about the missing item, any sort of customer service. She went back to her coworkers, speaking in Spanish to remake the order. As we stood there waiting, we made another order via the self checkout and we noticed all of the employees laughing and pointing at us, making us VERY uncomfortable.

When she provided us the food in the bag, it was almost the attitude of here’s your food, now get out of my store. And again, no apology about the missing item. VERY unprofessional customer service from her or her fellow coworkers. The fact that we had ordered from DoorDash, came in to the store to get our missed item, due to TACO BELL’S mistake, and have zero remorse about the missing item, speaks volumes. I had spent more money and time to come into the store, when I shouldn’t have to, to begin with. To also get greeted with a disrespectful attitude. Unacceptable behavior and will not be returning to this location. Unless I want to be treated with such disrespect and feeling as if I’m...

This Taco Bell has terrible service. They're always begging customers to use the kiosks if they want to be "faster". But let's face it, sometimes kiosks don't cut it. I was trying to order a Fiery locos taco on the kiosk, but there was only an option for the standard nacho cheese locos taco (and yes, I know how to "modify" an order - but there was still no option for fiery). Maybe that got rid of it? Because of that I decided to try to order at the counter, but the staff basically ignored me and someone in the back passively shouted that one could use the kiosk to order. Well, not to order what I wanted unfortunately. I get that they were busy trying to fulfill drive-thru and other orders, but you still have to serve people who want to order at the counter. Or at least acknowledge me and say "be with you in a moment". I eventually just left and went to eat at 5 Guys because no one would help me.

Also, whoever was "in charge" at the time was basically screaming at the staff about getting orders out to the drive-thru customers faster, and that "4 minutes" or whatever was "unacceptable". It was really uncomfortable as a customer to be hearing the staff get yelled at and treated kind of poorly. Nobody likes to wait too long for their food, but I don't like knowing that the workers are being berated by their shift leaders or managers either like it's some kind of sweat shop. This Taco Bell needs to take a page out of Chic-fil-a or McDonald's handbook to have faster and better service, and they need to treat their...
