The Dragon Room — Restaurant in Santa Fe

What a memorable night! Went for part of Happy Hour and stayed for part of live music -- Jesus Vez, Spanish guitar, phenomenal! We were greeted warmly when we entered, and we got a great seat near the music. This is the bar on the side of Pink Adobe. Staff are so gracious and warm. The "dragon" is a gorgeous deep blue, large light fixture. Food was delicious -- had guacamole prepared tableside (with steak added), and had tacos (two mushroom, one carne asada). Absolutely loved the vibes here. Came with friends and immediately spotted the Chihuly chandeliers. Gorgeous. The rest of the deco and vibes just made this a place we could have hung out at all night. We just came for drinks, which were mostly good. One of my friends got a mezcal cocktail that tasted like mezcal on the rocks and she wasn't able to drink it. Suggest to ask your waiter about the cocktails profile...

We’d tried to go to The Pink Adobe (3 Jan ‘25) but did not have reservations. The Host referred us to the Dragon Room & personally escorted us over. Our server Melvin was accommodating, personable, great recommendations & overall fantastic! The host from the Pink Adobe came by during our dinner to check on us & our dining experience!!
