My husband and I went here for the first time tonight, & I want to make it very clear that I am leaving this review based on one of the managers Kristine & cashier Daija.
SHE AND DAIJA ARE THE ONLY REASON THIS IS A 5-STAR REVIEW.
We came in and was greeted by Daija who is a cashier working her way to becoming a waitress, she was so kind and very pleasant.
The bartender who was working (never found out her name nor did she provide her name when approaching our table for greeting and drink order).
The bartender was responsible for FOUR people at her bar, and the tables in the bar area, but ONLY had two high tops at the time with people & we made the second table. She came by the table and said āya gettinā drinks?ā My husband and I both ordered two waters with lemon.
She gets our drinks and sets them in the table and immediately walked away from the table, not asking if we needed anything else or if we were ready to order etc.
Not even 5 minutes later she comes back saying āyall gonna order entrees or what?ā MIND YOU, we have NEVER been here and JUST made our drink order.
She seemed to be rushing us despite the fact she was NOT busy.
She came back to the table a few minutes later and asked if we were ready, we said not for our main meals and she immediately tried walking away, so my husband spoke up and said āMAAM WE WOULD LIKE SOME APPETIZERSā
She immediately became confrontational. Once the appetizers came out she brings the food and LITERALLY drops it onto the table and walks off, AGAIN not asking how it looks, if we needed anything else anything etc.
WE LITERALLY JUAT GOT OUR APPETIZERS, at this point she proceeds to walk away again, and I said excuse me maāam, can we get some utensils & some napkins?
She ROLLED HER EYES & smacked her lips in a very disrespectful manner and said āmmmā.
She comes back with the things that were asked for and IMMEDIATELY walks off AGAIN! Every time we said thank you for something she replied with āyep, mm, or no responseā.
I at this point got up and stood up front waiting for another employee to come out so I can request a manager, at this point the SAME waitress/ bartender sees me standing there & stops taking an order for a couple and says OUT-LOUD for EVERYONE to hear āHold on, I apparently gotta go get the manager because she obviously needs oneā. (Insert stupid facetious laugh)
I then responded with āI ABSOLUTELY DO BECAUSE YOUR ATTITUDE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE.ā
Insert Kristine (one of the managers). She comes to the table and I expressed all my concerns to her and she did an INCREDIBLE job on helping us get what we needed and treated us with such kindness & respect.
Once Kristine was taking care of us, the original waitress / bartender had a quick 360 in an attitude adjustment and put on the FAKEST facade, became OVERLY kind to everyone BUT US, & continuously made passive aggressive comments about us to other tables loud enough where we could hear.
I actually laughed on more than one occasion upon witnessing this. I believe she thought that I was just some timid white woman who was just going to accept whatever shitty service she was trying to provide, TO US AND US ONLY.
I work as a bartender full time and Iāve dealt with people of all personalities, but this was a totally different experience and I felt very targeted just by how awful she was towards me and my husband but mainly towards me.
The food was great, & our experience went from bad to much better thanks to Daija & Kristine!
I cannot thank those two young ladies enough for going out of their way to ensure we had a great experience šø
Iām not a hateful person but she does not need to be interacting with customers, and she favors the MEN specifically, which is also weird as hell.
If you do visit this location, ensure to be comfortable enough to speak up for what makes you uncomfortable!
Thank you again to Kristine & Daija for really going above and beyond to turn our weekly date night an enjoyable experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI believe in second chances, because everyone can have a bad day, but this Buffalo Wild Wings has consistently performed horribly. Today, I decided to give it another try, hoping for a different outcome.
At first, I was impressed when I walked in, the place has been renovated and looked nice. In the past, Iāve walked into sticky floors and tables that were poorly cleaned, so the upgrade caught my eye. However, despite the fresh look, there werenāt many people dining in, which should have been my first red flag considering it was a couple of hours past lunchtime on a Sunday afternoon.
I had placed my order ahead of time around 2:30 p.m., with a pick-up time of 2:50 p.m., but when I arrived it still wasnāt ready. The workers didnāt seem to want to be there, while not outright rude, they definitely werenāt welcoming. This has been a consistent issue with my prior visits. When I finally received my food, the server seemed agitated, which only added to the negative experience.
Once I opened the food, I was completely disappointed. The wings were lukewarm, with some cold, and a few werenāt even cooked all the way through. They were also significantly under-seasoned with barely any sauce. Iām especially concerned that my 7-year-old son may have eaten one that wasnāt fully cooked before I could check it, which raises a serious food safety concern. One of the sauces also didnāt seem right, so we avoided it altogether. The vegetables were equally disappointing, limp and unappetizing, something that honestly should have been thrown away rather than served.
At this point, it doesnāt matter how nice the renovations look, you can put lipstick on a pig, but itās still a pig. Buffalo Wild Wings has given me every reason to stop wasting my money and time here. This location has consistently fallen short, and today was the final straw.
I DO NOT recommend this establishment. In fact, based on food safety and quality alone, I strongly believe it has earned a solid reason to...
Ā Ā Ā Read more07/13/25 12pm Abercorn Savannah, GA The sign said to sit anywhere. We sat at a booth close to the front. The hostess never greeted us. She eventually walked to our booth with a definite attitude. Clearly, she did not want to deal with us. I looked at her to say hello & realized that she wasn't even looking towards us. She was looking the other direction as she literally dropped a menu on our table & kept walking. I don't know her name, but she was a young thin black girl with an afro. When she saw another female employee, she literally ran towards her with her arms in the air & they did a big twirl around hug then went outside together. When she came back in, she smiled & talked to a male employee that might have been a manager. Too bad she doesn't smile at customers as that is part of the job as hostess. Our server seemed nice but she barely spoke above a whisper. It's as if she was too tired. The restaurant was nearly empty. We ordered the $9.99 appetizer special. Our bill was only $10.69, so we gave the server $20 & told her to keep the change. She did not show any appreciation of nearly an 87% tip. Because of her attitude, I wish I had only given her 20%. The appetizers were hot, but some of the chips were greasy & hard. The onion rings were overcooked & too dark. The mozzarella sticks & pickles were good. The management needs to observe the hostess & the servers & speak with them when they do not perform their jobs in a professional manner. We had this same sorry service there months ago, but we thought it might be better today. It was not. We agreed that we will not waste our money or our time at this location again because it is a disgrace how management allows their employees to be so rude to nice customers. š¦š¦š¦ The website does not have "Orders & Visits" at the bottom as the owner's response...
