Panda Express — Restaurant in Savannah

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. We went through the drive through and I had to repeat what I wanted at least 3 times a piece to the girl working the window. We then had to wait for more than 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the window to take our card to pay. At this point had we not already paid we would have left. They only gave us 2 of our drinks and we waited an additional 10 minutes before they came back to the window to tell us they were out of Orange chicken and would need to wait in the parking lot for our food. We pulled around and sat for anothe or 10 minutes before my husband went in and they had put our food on a tray and left it sitting on the counter--they didn't even know we were still there. When my husband complained the girl told him, "well we had a line in here" and then the manager took an obscene amount of time to put our food in a bag to go and then didn't even bother to provide forks or napkins for us to eat with. When I finally arrived home to eat my food as I didn't have any silverware (a fact we didn't notice until we were gone) my broccoli in my broccoli beef is still raw. The two stars reflect today's experience. Usually the food is fairly consistent and a pretty good deal for the price. Today my husband got a to go order and when we started eating it it was the worst thing we ever ate from any Panda Express. I don't know if they got new personnel or they were understaffed but the food was practically inedible. We got the vegetables which were pretty much still raw. The mushroom chicken consisted of huge chunks of mushrooms with narely any chicken in sight, the same with the broccoli beef which was all broccoli and three tiny morsels of beef and the kung pao chicken which was indescribable. It had a texture that I had never experienced and left a slimy film in my mouth after eating it. Plus everything lacked any of the normal spices. We usually frequent Panda Express at least once a month. After this experience, it will be a while until we're brave enough to try again. Not to be all negative, the service...

Ordered from this Panda through the App, it redirected my order to a door dash driver. The driver arrived, dropped my food on the ground outside my home, only for me to find that they ate half my food and stole a third of it. Contacted the Panda it came from and got connected to the manager, who basically told me they don’t do refunds through door dash (I explained it was through the panda app). I tried explaining it slower and after repeating myself several times the manager finally started to understand what I was saying, and decided to tell me they aren’t going to refund it. Waited a whole hour for that, just to tell my pregnant wife that I’m going to have to just go to some other Chinese place at 8pm to find something (she’s due tomorrow).
