Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Savannah

I HAD AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! This was Friday May 26th at 3:50pm. To start there was no one in line or waiting on drinks accept me and the woman in front of me. I was in line for about 5 minutes before the young lady even took the order of the woman in front of me. It took her 30 minutes to make 2 drinks (mine and the lady in front of me). This young lady was more worried about the individual she was on FaceTime with and her boyfriend hanging out behind the kiosk than doing her job! She continued to take my order and the woman in front of me then made our drinks. As someone who use to be an employee of Starbucks, the way she made her drinks was extremely wrong. Im pretty sure if her manager knew how much product she was wasting due to pure ignorance, she would be fired. I had to correct her in the middle of making my drink so she didn’t make it wrong at it still was not right. I didn’t even drink my drink because she then had to take my drink out of the kiosk and around the corner to get ice and that made me very uncomfortable. The lack of work ethic was ridiculous. I will never go to this Starbucks if I see her again, and Starbucks is part of my grocery store...

This one just sucks... tried them three times. First time I was annoyed to find out that they waste a cup to make your drink even when you bring your own personal mug, when stand alone stores will happily, easily make the drink in my mug. I bring my own to help reduce waste, not for the measly 10 cents which you waste on the cup anyways...

The second time I gave them a shot, they began pouring cow's milk into the frother, even though I just ordered a soy vanilla latte not ten seconds prior, so they dumped it out to start over, wasting that resource... then they forgot the vanilla... this is why I have to hawkeye baristas, unfortunately.

The third time, I'm sitting inside the Kroger, waiting for a storm to die off, and figure I'd give them one last shot... too bad... they actually begin closing shop at 8:30pm, not 9pm. They "close" at 9, officially, but, if they refuse to take orders 30 minutes prior to closing, are they actually open? Whatever. Foxy Loxy is better anyways, and open late, if only a bit further...

I see several comments where the employees were rude at this location, but my experience was not great, but also not rude to say... I think its more because they have young employees who do not have a lot of work experience with people. The young lady that helped me was nice enough, but still had that flat tone in her voice, but I wouldn't say she was rude. They were out of Grande cups, so she grabbed a Venti and just stated matter of factly, "You can have a Venti, because we are out of Grande!" I expected to be charged for a Venti, because of how she stated it, but she only charged me for a Grande!!! She did finally tell me that she was sorry they were out of the Grande cups. They did not take but a few minutes to make my drink and my girlfriends drink, and they were both correct and tasted perfect! I shop at this Krogers all the time, but this the first time I have purchased anything from this Starbucks. I will...
