King of Furniture & Mattress — Local services in Savannah

So, my husband and I went to buy a mattress. When we first walked in, I approach the gentleman at the counter and asked if they had any California King mattresses available in store to purchase? The guy at the front desk initially said they had a California king in the back (That they come in a box). (He was on the phone speaking to another worker by the name "MOE" when he showed us the same bed as the floor model.. ) I assume Moe was owner or higher up cause the guy was have to stick to what he said.

I asked how much was the mattress? The gentleman in the store then said 7 hundred and something. I spoke up and said that on your website it says $564.96. He made the comment to moe that it was a 200 difference and didn't know why. Then saying, I would pay the same if I got it offline and shipped cause that's what we was going to have to do. I mentioned that I wanted to go ahead and purchase it today. Wondering why I was still going to have to pay 7 hundred and change. He still stated that I would still have to pay that price. Not sticking to their sale price on the website. None the less, we didn't get that one. As we was walking out he said that if I ordered it online it would take 8-16 weeks to receive the mattress. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Well, I just ordered same mattress, same size, same day and will be here this Saturday from Amazon. One week 💁🏼‍♀️ For how much? 470.87 taxes and all at checkout and that's delivered to my door. ✌️

Morale of the story.. Check everywhere ...

Well I went with my auntie and she had purchased some furniture and when the furniture got to her home it was unsteady Rocky and shaky and the living room set wasn't what she wanted so she went back to get a full refund of $2,800 so she asked if you speak with the owner the cashier called him and he said that he will be there around 3:30 4:00 p.m. come to find out he was in the back the whole time one of the guys that worked there and made a slip up and said that he was there after the cashiers strictly straight out loud to us and then after trying to get the refund they took me time about putting it back on her card the furniture is not what you think and it's overpriced and if you got nicks and dents and cuts in it they don't care so with that being said I would not recommend this...

Don’t shop here customer service is horrible at the hinesville location from manager to sales clerk. I bought a storage bed cash for my daughter upon delivery I went to the store to pick up something else to realize they bought me the bed that was on display because it was more convenient for them. I returned the bed and they bought out a new bed but didn’t inform me that the side boxes were from the old bed . I called the manager who said the new side boxes were damaged. Again no one informed me about this . I have been calling to speak to someone higher from both locations and there never available. Would advise anyone...
