Imagine stepping into a warm, inviting time machine that whisks you back to the golden age of dining - welcome to Frashers in old town Scottsdale. This is a restaurant that successfully marries style with sustenance, transporting guests to the era of the Rat Pack with a unique ambiance.

As you walk through the door, you're greeted by a rich tapestry of dark polished wood and lustrous red leather booths. The walls are adorned with a collection of autographed pictures and intriguing wall art, igniting a spark of nostalgia that sets the tone for the extraordinary dining experience to follow.

Commanding the helm of this nostalgic ship is Tessa, the ever-efficient manager. Loved and respected by her crew, her passion and dedication make your visit smoother than Frank Sinatra's voice. Austin, a personal trainer-turned-server with California roots, brings an upbeat charm to the table. His extensive knowledge of the menu and friendly demeanour make for a delectable pairing.

Now, onto the pièce de résistance - the food. Your palate will embark on a voyage with the deliciously crispy toasted ravioli - a spectacular appetizer that leaves you craving for more. The ribeye, cooked to perfection, is a love letter to the taste buds, harmonizing beautifully with the expertly roasted asparagus.

An absolute showstopper, the chicken cordon bleu, stuffed with creamy cheese and flavorful ham, is a testament to Frashers' culinary prowess. It's like a melodious Sinatra track in the form of food.

But wait, there's more! The garlic mashed potatoes at Frashers aren't just a side dish; they're a creamy, flavor-packed sensation that could steal the spotlight in a heartbeat. Each spoonful takes you to a world where mashed potatoes are the epitome of culinary delight.

At Frashers, every meal is a vibrant symphony of flavors, an unmissable treat that will leave you planning your next visit before you've even left the building. Whether you're a lover of old-school cool or simply a food aficionado, Frashers is an experience waiting for you to taste and savor. Step in, step back in time, and let your...

My wife and I visited for the first time on Valentine's Day. We ordered the Scallops as an appetizer. Ribeye and Prime Rib for dinner. Our appetizer finally came out 20 minutes later. I see the lady bringing it to the wrong table. I called her over, but she did not hear me and she brought the scallops back to the kitchen. 15 minutes later our steaks our ready and are brought to the table. I said to the waiter, where is our appetizer? He immediately runs away with our food. I tried to stop him to tell him to forget the appetizers and bring us our food please. 15 minutes later - FIVE members of the staff show up to our table with our dinner and appetizers now and drop it on the table. I asked the manager to please stay while I check the temperature, because I knew they bought the same old food back, and the food was FREEZING COLD. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?

These people bought us the same scallops from 25 minutes ago and 2 steaks that have been sitting around for 15 minutes! I specifically asked the manager to NOT bring the same plates back to our table and he/they did. YES, the food was comped and the total bill was $34.68 from $148. I also left her a $30 tip. I work hard for my money and honestly just wanted to have a great experience. This place needs help and should speak with other local businesses on how to treat good paying customers! I can't understand how they are have a 4.6 rating. I mean this is Old Town Scottsdale, right?

Reasons for the 1 star: Poor Service / Poor Management. They told us (customers) a party of 40 was "messing everything up". You can't work big parties? Why even say this? It was not busy. Management seems irritated with customer requests; troubled and very flustered. It was NOT busy. We are thankful, but WE did not come here for something for FREE. They do not listen to their customer's needs. You ruined our Valentine's Day Dinner.

I learned a lesson here, stay home and enjoy your family...

This is my all time favorite place to get a steak or prime rib! I brought my family who were visiting from England, and we had a phenomenal evening.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly service from everyone. The restaurant décor is so inviting, and we were seated at a table next to the wine gallery, which was the perfect spot.

Our server was attentive and friendly. She was also super knowledgeable about everything on the menu, which was really helpful. She brought us drink refills without us ever having to ask, and provided excellent service from beginning to end.

We started with appetizers - the toasted raviolis (half cheese, half meat), stuffed mushrooms, and some bread with a yummy herb flavored butter. Fresh salads (highly recommend the mayfair), and the peppercorn soup - the flavors blew us away. I've never had a soup that tasted this good. This is now my favorite soup! :)

All of our steaks were cooked perfectly, and were SO tender. Lamb chops were the best I've ever had - loved the crust on them. The flavors in everything were delicious... and all veggies were cooked perfectly. We had two desserts - the gooey butter cake (amazing), and the tiramisu - both were delicious, but the tiramisu was my fave.

Everything has a 'homemade and cooked fresh to order taste', and you can absolutely tell a difference in comparison to other restaurants. Excellent portion sizes as well. I would very much recommend this place to anyone - for either a date night, or a special occasion/large family...

Was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn right next to this establishment and decided to treat myself. The location was perfect for me, and it is located within easy walking distance to the Old Town area. I was there on a Monday, and although Google didn't show it was a busy day, I made a 5 30pm. reservation just to be safe. I chose to sit at a hightop in the lounge/bar area since I was alone. Bartender was attentive and friendly, I never had a long wait for service. Prices were a bit high, but I kind of expected it from a steakhouse. I ordered the signature Old Fashion, which was a steep $19, but it was quite good. For food, I started with the bacon wrapped seared scallops. At a price of $24, I was not at all pleased nor impressed with these, unfortunately. The order consisted of only 3 medium scallops that were tepid at best, resting inside rock-hard rings of cold bacon - not crispy, hurt your teeth and strain your jaw hard. For my entree I decided on the ribeye, cooked rare. It was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly to my choice of doneness, it was very tender and juicy. For a bit of a dessert, I decided to have another Old Fashion, this time made with my preferred Basil Hayden Dark Rye. It was clear the Bartender knew his craft. This one ran me $1 less than the signature. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would lively visit if I was in the Scottsdale Old Town area and wanted to treat myself again.
