Read moreSometime ago, I had a year plus consulting gig in Seattle, land of a coffee chain that I do not care for ... so I just had to find a unique coffee shop that I could frequent each morning before I went to work. I was fortunate to find a caffe along Olive Way, which I found very appealing as it was very Italian in ambiance, service, coffee and food selection. (I am an Italophile!) Each time I returned to Seattle, this became my go-to caffe and on Saturday mornings, I got to know a few locals including the owner, Mario. If you are ever in downtown Seattle, check this place out and experience a little...

Shortly thereafter, the aforementioned Italian gent delivered my croissant - split long-wise and beautifully toasted in the panini press. Both were were thoughtfully prepared and both were delicious. Certainly worth my...
