Cornerstone Cafe & Deli — Restaurant in Seattle

In a newer building with typical convenience store products some pre made sandwiches. A small bottled wine selection. There is also a made to order sandwich are. And maybe a salad bar? I came on a Sunday and the salad bar was closed. The cashier / sandwich maker couldn't be bothered to get off the phone the whole time she made my sandwich. In fact I was there about 20 minutes and she was on the phone the whole time. My sandwich didn't take long to be ready, and it was made from fresh...

Perfect spot for a solid simple breakfast sandwich. Real egg, cheese, good quality bacon (ham and sausage also options). Choice of bread - I went with croissant and my husband did English muffin. Perfectly simple and delicious. I don’t need a fancy breakfast sandwich with tomato, leek, aioli, etc… get outta here with that stuff. Came out quick too....

My sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile! And the fruit cup tasted so fresh -- the melon just melted in my mouth. I watched how he wrapped our sandwiches as well, and that's a new skill set I'm excited to try for future homemade sandwiches. 10/10 would highly recommend if you're in Seattle and craving a sandwich to check...
