Immerse yourself in a truly remarkable dining experience at "Just Poke." I recently had the pleasure of savoring their exquisite dishes, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The star of the show was undeniably the fish, especially the succulent salmon. Each bite was a burst of juicy perfection that left me craving more. What truly set "Just Poke" apart for me was the incredible variety of delectable sauces. These sauces paired flawlessly with the fish, enhancing its flavors and creating an unforgettable gastronomic journey. The ability to personalize my dish was also a highlight, allowing me to craft a poke bowl that perfectly suited my taste preferences. The exceptional customer service at "Just Poke" left a lasting impression. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was enjoyable. They were well-versed in the menu, offering helpful suggestions and accommodating any special requests. The ambiance inside the restaurant was delightful, with the temperature being just right. It was neither too hot nor too cold, allowing me to fully savor my meal without any discomfort. Additionally, the prices at "Just Poke" were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for the quality and quantity of food served. Lastly, I was thrilled with the endless variety when building my own fresh poke bowl. The wide range of fresh ingredients available allowed me to create a customized meal that perfectly suited my preferences and dietary needs. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend "Just Poke" to anyone seeking a satisfying and flavorful poke bowl experience. With its exceptional fish, juicy salmon, generous portions, flavorful sauces, attentive customer service, cozy ambiance, and reasonable prices, this restaurant truly stands out. The ability to personalize your bowl ensures that every visit is a fresh and exciting culinary adventure.

Just Poke is a chain of poke bowl fast food locations meant for order and go meals. Their menu isn't that large, but they have many ingredients where you can customize your bowl in many ways. This location is across the street from Olive 8 in the triangle right past 8th. It's very small with limited parking outside, so most people walk to it. There's no tables outside and inside there's seating for maybe 6 people total with a bench for waiting. It's very busy at lunch everyday, but ordering there will get you food faster than ordering pickup through something like DoorDash. Pricing is a bit high for the portion size compared to other poke chains but their quality is quite good. The service is fine, the employees here are really nice but there's only room behind the counter for maybe 3 workers so it's tough to keep up with all the lunch orders. Overall a good spot for lunch if your budget is a bit higher and you want quality over quantity.

Overall, disappointed and still very hungry.

The portion size of their bowls is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than it used to be.

I absolutely loved Just Poke in Bellevue under Soma Towers. I used to go there SO frequently. Living downtown, I was ecstatic that Just Poke moved in on Olive. Excited to try it I went to grab lunch for my husband and I. I send him the menu so he could decide on something and tell me what he wanted. When I came in I felt super rushed, so I quickly chose the Rainbow Bowl for myself with the spiralized zucchini noodles (one of the same reasons I love Just Poke). For his, it was a build your own, I spent the time going down the list to tell them what I wanted. Before they closed my Rainbow Bowl up, I asked if I could add on extra veggies and toppings (because you used to be able to). Turns out when you select one of the bowls from the menu, you can’t add on without paying an extra fee. My portion in a regular size was SUPER small, basically half full, which is why I wanted to add on. My husband’s build your own was a much better portion. The quality of the fish wasn’t as high as I expected.

Moral of the story, I’d only suggest build your own! You can make it just the same as their bowls on the menu and THEN SOME for the SAME price. Didn’t make a lick of sense to me and really irritated me.

Also the parking is terrible. It’s on a small triangle lot, which is fine, but your supposed to pay for parking, even if you’re just running in quickly...
