Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sedona

Been having not so great experiences at this Domino’s for months now and yesterdays was the worst I’ve probably ever had. I had a pick up order that I placed online 40 minutes before I arrived to the location. Upon arriving, there is a lobby of at least 7 people waiting but I want to say it was 10, there was no seating left to the point where another lady waiting was outside waiting. There were 2 workers, the one who approached to help me said that there would still be a long wait and apologized. They have a screen in the lobby to tell you how much longer your order might take if it’s not done already, my order said it would still be another 16 minutes, which would have me waiting a total of 56 minutes for 1 large 2 topping pizza. I ended up canceling my order because I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait the estimated 16 minutes longer. I wouldn’t order from this location, I have heard complaints from other people with this exact issue saying that they ruin dinner time because they are so slow. I do understand that they were very busy, they weren’t even answering the phone, I assume because they didn’t want to take anymore orders, but the way the two guys were working, they had absolutely no urgency, no hustle to try and get these orders completed, they were working at a pace as if they only had 2 orders and nobody waiting in the lobby. Someone really needs to check on this location because you can tell the workers don’t really care. I’m not sure if management is that bad, if there even is a manager there, or if pay is that bad, regardless this location unfortunately seems to be heading towards rock bottom and being a local and going here for 10+ years is sad. Ordered pizza for delivery to meet at the church they always meet me at since I live in the village. The manager called back on his personal line and said I have to come pick it up which wasn't a problem. I called back to pay half on my card and the manager Said to pay in store that he had already left so I called the store itself. A lady answered said "thank you for calling domino's we are closed and hung up." I called back a guy answered said I was calling a personal line and hung up so I called the store a third time and he answered and I said "I'm trying to pick up my order why do you guys keep hanging up on me" and he replied with "because you keep calling." I Said "if you guys wouldn't keep hanging up I wouldn't continue to call." I asked why he was so rude he said "your pizzas here you can pick it up and pay for it or you can not and we'll just get rid of it" and I asked his name and he replied with "oh my God" and hung up on me AGAIN! And it says they're open until 1am but they close at 10pm. But when that was told to me the manager said it was okay that they would wait the time for me to get there from the village of oak creek. That location is more than rude, and I cannot believe the customer service that was displayed. I'm so offended. I'll be calling corporate in the morning...

A few friends and I spent the weekend up in Sedona. After finding that most all restaurants are closed at 9pm we decided to order pizza and eat at our hotel. We placed the order online. Originally we were told the pizza would arrive between 10:01pm-10:11pm (about 40-50 minutes after we ordered). Around 9:50pm it said it would be another ten minutes. Around 10:30pm the site notified us that the pizzas were on their way, and then it told us that the driver was pulling up. We went down to get the pizzas. 10-15 minutes passed and nothing. We called the Domino's and were placed on hold multiple times. When we tried asking about our pizzas we were told that they only had a couple of people working and were doing the best they could. We just wanted to make sure our pizzas were actually coming. They kept placing us on hold, and not picking up. After we asked for a manager they just stopped answering the phone. Our pizzas got there at about 11:20. Almost 2 hours after ordering. The woman who delivered our pizzas said that she would have the manager give us a call back, but we never got one.
