Zeros are not possible. Folks please let me give you a tip. Don’t go there!!! Ordered my food online at 6:45 said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Got there at 7:20 wasn’t even started waited then at 7:30 went back inside They acted like they were surprised. They had no idea there was an order to be made, then took 10 minutes to make and they left half the order out just like it wasn’t even on the receipt and when I came back in to let them know the guy at the counter told me to bring my bag of food back in so he could check it …like if I was lying, I will never ever go there again. Chicken was smushy and waffles were soft and undercooked. 4 guys standing around when I walked in and nobody was kind or friendly or even apologetic for my wait…. total waste of money. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Meanwhile another couple came in at 7:35 ordered their food and had it within five minutes and I was almost waiting 45 minutes to 50 minutes for an order that was incomplete and undercooked. Tip for manager or owner hire people that actually care about their job. I know it’s hard to find especially in a smaller town like this, but that is exactly the reason why you do need people that do care about their job because this group will ruin your business. Check your reviews about the service they’re not good. And they don’t care how the food comes out either. Never again! I would like...
Read moreNashville hot chicken spot in Sedona. Came here for a late lunch post-hike around 2:30pm and there was still a short line. You order at the counter and then receive a number. We waited for about 20 minutes for our order. They have Coke products and the soda fountain is on the left hand side of the counter. There are gendered stalled restrooms. Credit cards are accepted. They do serve alcohol (including palomas).
You customize your spice level from 5 different options (we all went for hot, which I think was a good choice for the tenders, but I could have gone for an extra hot for the mac daddy sandwich). The half bird was on the smaller side, but you could split it between two people still. The mac daddy and chicken sandwich were large and came with a side of fries. I really liked the bread, as it was really soft. The mac daddy was a bit heavy because of the cheesiness from the mac & cheese, so you may have some leftover. Overall, we were starved after a hike at Boynton Canyon and that probably contributed to the experience, but the food was tasty and it was ~$70...

I couldn't eat here weekly, maybe 1-2x a month max-It's good quality chicken and you can adjust the heat you would want-I chose Medium, I'd say almost the same heat as Chick-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwich, on the days where it's got some kick, I couldn't go above Medium-
Prices are not on the normal fast food chain price but it's good and different-I got the Baby Jay, side of ranch and my boyfriend got 3 chicken strips and waffles, potato salad and 2 fountain drinks and it was $36, plus we tipped 20%-Again, not a typical fast-food place, more of a restaurant-
For those who want to know, the chicken is all fried, heard a couple walk out b/c of this as well it's just chicken; sandwiches, strips, wings (light and dark options) with some sides, and fountain drinks, teas/lemonade, and...
