The View Coffee Cafe — Restaurant in Sedona

Beautiful location, but we and others on the patio were treated w a bit of rude disrespect. A woman stood at the door telling us patio closes at 10am. We smiled & I repeated to another. Then almost agitated with no kindness in her tone or even nicely said... "its on the door the patio closes at 10am." Honestly we would not return. It left a bad impression of the work culture if this is what's modeled to other employees. The atmosphere was lovely until that moment. It would have been a better scenario if the woman had stated there is seating inside & on the other side, but we close this patio at 10am. It's pretty simple treatment to paying customers that you want to return & recommend The View Coffee...

We are dairy free and did not have a lot of options here, when we asked to have the breakfast sandwich without cheese were were told “it’s premade with the cheese on it and it’s like really hard to remove” (literally have no problem from any other cafe removing cheese even if it’s premade).

We ended up getting a breakfast sandwich (scrapping the cheese off ourselves), a pastry (store bought), and 2 smoothies coming out to $40.

I ultimately had to throw the sandwich away half way through because it was so bland tasting and the smoothies were not blended fully.

You could go to whole foods and buy the same items for a less and they be higher quality without...

Unfortunately, we had a very rude waitress this morning. My mother who is elderly asked to use the restroom and the racist waitress “Bella C” said you can use it after because the bathroom was occupied after that she proceeded to to let everyone of Caucasian race use the bathroom. When my mother asked her again can I use the bathroom she said no you can’t. We were the only Hispanic family there. Management do a better job in training your waitresses to treat everyone with the respect they deserve, no matter what race they are. Very disappointed in your service.
