I’m from Maryland and visiting Sedona for the first time. As I was looking at all of the beautiful artwork I noticed one sales guy getting irate and rude to a family. This guy was blaming this family and their kids for touching a sculpture that was outside none the less. Making a scene hence how I was able to witness the entire thing. He was trying to get into a physical altercation with the gentleman in the family I’m assuming the dad. He was saying rude things to the parents about their children saying they can’t parent and that he would know how to parent their kids better. I am a mother myself, I would be extremely pissed if someone said that to me about my children. I noticed nothing wrong in what the children were doing at the gallery. Honestly I don’t know what kind of day he was having but his attitude was uncalled for. If it wasn’t for my family I was with telling me not to get involved I would have said something to the man. Several others witnessed this as well. I hope they come forward and post a review too. Is this how he treats everyone? I would never buy a piece of artwork from this place if they have people working like this for them. After reading some other reviews it looks like this is a common behavior as well. You should be ashamed of yourself Robert Barnett and your company should be ashamed too.

We’re from Chicago and it’s hard to articulate my desire for quality and excellence that does not fit into LA or NY fashion OR the the select group of Second City folk that can sell both coasts , but understandably, notin n btwn ... the staff at William Henry has been, ok, this is a variation of “it’s funny bc it’s true,” the staff at William Henry turned me and my husband on to an artist of men’s jewelry whom has mad skills and made it and does not need to pretend he’s NOT a success to keep his brand truly unique.

There are two Renee Taylor shops at Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village — this review refers to the South shop. It offers a beautiful selection of semi-precious items that are both carefully curated and reasonably priced. The staff is polite, courteous, and attentive to customer needs. The shop is easy to locate, and browsing here makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. Well worth a visit if you’re exploring the village.

I want to say to that I don’t give out a lot reviews, but when I do, it is usually because of a spectacular purchase or amazing customer service. Today this one is for Customer Service. (I’ll do a product one later because I am not yet in possession of the item, but I know that it will also be a 5 star review! BTW I purchased the XL bean pole sculpture !)

I’ve been to Sedona several times, each visitor that comes to town always wants to go to Sedona! This trip was with a couple of my sisters and we saw the VUE Renee Taylor Gallery, with loads of the mesmerizing “Wind Machines” (which are the fantastic sculptures that move graciously to the even the slightest breeze).

This is when I met Keri Crick. She saw the interest I had with these amazing art pieces. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions and asked about the possible location of where the piece would go, etc. What impressed me most though is her intuitiveness on when to see if I had questions, but more importantly, she knew when to leave me to ponder and experience these wind machine sculptures on my own. She also endured me changing my mind about 4 times! (There are probably 40 designs to choose from)

When I narrow it downed and made my final decision, Keri was so helpful with the purchase!(There had been a recent price increase in their catalog. Keri was so helpful was able honor the price that was on the product !)

Not only did she exceed all expectations on the purchase, Keri helped me out with delivery of this XL sculpture. She and her husband have family near me and they are doing the delivery themselves! When does that ever happen ?😄👍💕

I can tell that Keri has a heart of gold and that it is in her nature to go beyond expectations with her customers and I am sure it goes the same with her family and friends. RTG is lucky to have her represent their business!

I can’t thank Keri enough for her help and for her warm customer service. I feel special to have been given such great service! You just don’t see this level of service these days,...

I was half tempted to not leave a review but after some consideration, I believe my voice needed to be heard. This is the second time I have visited this shop and I’ve had a disappointing experience both times. (I will only mention my most recent visit.) The sales people are extremely nice and will go above and beyond to help their customers… The same can not be said about the elderly woman who works at the register. When I was getting ready to check out she had avoided me and had me wait for approximately 10 mins before acknowledging me. Meanwhile, she chit chatted with her coworkers. After her conversation was done, she had me fill out a form with my information and wanted nothing to do with me. No conversation whatsoever, she just abruptly handed me a paper and retreated to the cashier. It wasn’t until she ran my information that she changed her attitude. She even made a surprised comment about how I was there not too long ago and the amount I spent. Only then did she strike up a conversation and ask about where I’m from, how long I was staying, and my plans for the day. That’s when she stopped treating me like a second class citizen. I would understand if she was busy with another customer but she wasn’t. I truly don’t know why she treated me so poorly. Perhaps it was my age as I am in my early 20’s or perhaps it was because I am a Latina. I really hope it isn’t the latter. Beautiful jewelry, but the service is...
