Wildflower — Restaurant in Sedona

One of the busier restaurants!

While my boyfriend and I were in Sedona we ate here 3 times.

Drinks -Ice Vanilla Latte w/Oatmilk: I wouldn't recommend. It tasted as if they didn't put any vanilla or sweetener in it. -Hot & Iced Chai Latte both w/Oatmilk: VERY GOOD. Would get this!!! And recommend it!

Dishes -Oatmeal: Oatmeal was very flavorful would recommend.

-Ceddar Braised Beef Sandwich w/o Horseradish w/Ciabatta or Sourdough bread: Would recommend. There's a dept of flavor and the mash potatoes go really well in the sandwich!

-Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Really good and they have very good sauce that goes with it!

-Penne Rosa Pasta: This was probably my favorite dish here!! It was super flavorful and hearty! The sauce went really well with the pasta! Sucks how pasta is after 3pm! But would recommend this for dinner. Also came with garlic bread that paired perfectly to dip it in the sauce!

Bread -Sourdough Bread Loaf: Really good! Would recommend getting the sourdough loaf here! They offer to cut it for you but I like to cut it myself! Crumb was crusty but the insides were nice and soft!

Service Friendly staff! The line for ordering first may get long so I would recommend order for pickup ahead of time on the app due to if you call in you'll have to wait in line to pay. If you are in a rush I wouldn't come here.

Atmosphere They have a patio area to sit out and look outside with a nice view! Would recommend!

Parking Parking is hard. They have a small lot. They also have free parking up the hill. But when it's busy there's no available parking. You park in the residents public street but some houses advised no parking in front of their house with signs so...

My husband and I have eaten many times at the Wildflower Bread Co in Flagstaff. We have been impressed with the great food and quick service even when they are really busy. Therefore we were really disappointed in the service and the food in their Sedona restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our food when they didn't seem especially busy. About 30 minutes after we ordered, a server came to our table with some else's order. Then a lady sitting at the table behind us noticed that people that had come in after we did were getting served their food. I found the manager and shortly after, our food arrived. Our soup was luke warm, my husband's soup wasn't what he ordered, and we had no spoons. My husband chose to eat the luke warm soup he was given after I fetched 2 spoons. I took my bowl of soup back to the kitchen where the lady there tried to tell me it was hot. At least I was given the choice of either warming it up in their microwave or getting a fresh bowl of soup. I chose the latter. I will say the manager was wearing many hats tonight helping to bring food to the tables and pitching in wherever needed. It looked like I was not the only unhappy customer. The Southwest salad with chopped salmon and the crumb crust apple pie was good when I finally had the chance to sit down to eat. We will not be...

We have talked to management on the matter now. Both individuals we very understanding and professional. They indicated they are doing their required inspections when something like this come. Initially we enjoyed the place. It was crowded and we met some other travelers and visited while we ate there. Pricey. I had a ham and swiss sandwich and my wife had a southwest superfood salad and cranberry scone. The food had a good taste and were both large servings. We left and drove to our time share in Peoria, AZ and shortly after arriving and checking in, my wife developed stomach pains and cramps which turned into severe diarrhea and vomiting. It was our first meal of the day and she had not eaten or drank since leaving the restaurant(Wildflower). She started at approximately 4pm and it is now 5:19am and still suffering. The ER staff I talked to indicated it was food poisoning and asked what she had eaten before the symptoms started and I indicated it had been the salad about 1 1/2 hours before. I have not contacted the restaurant but will be doing so as soon as they open and see if any other cases had been reported. The restaurant seems clean and popular.
