Chipotle Sedona. No words... So disappointed. Just so disappointed. I got hooked on Chipotle while living in FL and very close to the store. We ate there a few times a week. Move back to Sedona. Think when we order it will be the same...NOPE. Its run my high schoolers. There is NO GUACAMOLE. Not once, not twice, not three times, but 4x in a few weeks. No sour cream. One day, no tortillas for burritos! How do you run a restaurant that way! Its run by 17 year olds with no knowledge or how to plan and order supplies, food, etc. I have written corporate many times. I get a generic sorry from the robot or a human robot. It does not address the issue that the restaurant does NOT represent the Chipotle brand properly. They are often out of guac, sour cream, tortillas and now make the burritos half sized. Half sized burritos, smaller than tacos, per the "MANAGER" trying to cut portions to save money. I live here and am not a tourist who will be ripped off and leave. I have written and gotten coupons. WOW! One per order can be used. When they are out of Guac and your WHOLE order is wrong or mostly missing you get a coupon with an expiration date a few weeks from now. So you can reorder and have the same experience! AMAZING CHIPOTLE SUPPORT! They "CAN'T" give a refund becuae I used a coupon. The coupon was from the last wrong order! Its been going in these circles for weeks. I will never go back. Sedona has 5 (FIVE) grocery stores. if you run out of avocados kid, go get more. You don't shut down the restaurant. They literally grow on trees just a few hours to our west. The kids there can't and don' know. The manager if never there. Its a tourist rip off with no regard for locals. My last VEGGIE BURRITO. I ordered white rice, black beans, guac, sour cram, veggies. Guess what I received? White rice and sour cream with red onion on a small over wrapped burrito I almost choked on because there was so much extras tortilla it was flat. It was smaller than the tacos ordered. CRAZY. CRAZXY. CRAZY. That they are still open. This is not like the other stores. DO...

I have been living in Sedona for the past 3 months and order a chicken bowl from chipotle every couple weeks. Everything started out great but then about a month ago, they started running out of food, severely limiting menu options. I'm talking like running out of chicken, rice, and tortillas. How do you run out of tortillas???
Miraculously today, the full menu was available on the app. I ordered a chicken bowl with double chicken and double rice with fajita vegetables. When I arrived, to pick up my order, the place was filthy: dishes piled high on the tables and garbage everywhere. Maybe they are short staffed so that can get a pass. When I didn't see my order, I asked and was told they were out of fajita vegetables. Annoying but it happens, no big deal. My bowl was brought out to me and I drove home.
I was excited to finally be able to eat a chicken bowl after so long of them running out of ingredients. I sat down and opened the bowl and was SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED. The portion size was insulting. Literally half the normal not-extra portion. I paid extra for a double portion and this is what I get? It's absolutely theft. If you were running out of food and cannot fulfil my order, then tell me, give me a refund, and let me go elsewhere. Now you have taken my money, given me something unsatisfactory for what I paid, and ruined my meal.
I have contacted Chipotle corporate about this. Running out of food once is understandable. Running out day after day and now literally stealing from your customers is not a good look. Either your franchise owner/manager is incompetent or chipotle is a dead company walking. AVOID UNTIL THEY WORK OUT...
Read moreDon’t go to this Chipotle, I’m a local and have given this store so many chances. In the past 4 months alone I’ve had 80% of my food either over or undercooked, especially the rice and beans, but I’ve also had hard and chewy steak, and I get it, everyone has an off day but after it starts becoming constantly bad, it gets old fast. If this chipotle is good at anything it’s giving you rice and beans that aren’t properly cooked and boy do I know what properly cooked rice and beans are haha. Another thing is that sadly this chipotle hasn’t been able to keep any employees. In all the recent times I’ve gone in there, they always have new employees, I am honestly not sure how they’re still in business. There was a period of time where they were even completely closed, doors locked and sign reading something along the lines of “due to lack of employees we are closed, if you placed an online order please cancel it as it was not made” I can only imagine how much money the owner lost. I love chipotle but honestly I rather have this place shut down since they seem to not be able to find anyone that is fit for the job. This place is hit or miss but most of the time it’s a miss. I am not sure what is going on there but if ownership/management doesn’t change I rather have this place closed instead of getting scammed spending $13+ on 1 bowl with undercooked rice, beans and bland steak with hard bits in...
