I was very disappointed with my visit to this store this rainy Saturday afternoon . I was excited to spend money shopping here! Unfortunately there were no carriages. Iāve recently recovered from a stroke and when I asked the manger for help finding a carriage in order to shop, he told me to stand at the checkout line and ask for one! The sad thing is I did it before realizing that I needed the help that I politely requested. After what felt like begging for a carriage at a reputable store , I gave up on my time to shop and left. No help what so ever....,so š¢sad ,from this manger this afternoon (there wasnāt even a long line). I will go to another tj max , I guess,and hope for better service especially considering my injury which does not allow me to carry heavy items. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would just like to write a note commending the absolutely outstanding customer service I've received from both Amanda in corporate and the manager and staff tonight at the TJMaxx in Seekonk. There was an issue with a product I purchased a few days ago and I needed to return it. However, because of a health condition I have it's tough for me to get out and make the return. After a few emails and phone calls not only did they assist me within the return but they went truly above and beyond to locate the product I was returning and had it brought to the store so that I could make an easy exchange. They worked with me and helped me to set up a time that was convenient for me and my health to come by and do the exchange. I walked in and the exchange could not have been easier.

I'm perfectly willing to do that, but more than 50% of the time, even though I always pay on time and I have plenty of line of credit, the card gets denied. It's not a problem for me because I have other credit cards that never ever get denied with much larger lines of credit. The aggravation comes in when they send you all of these incentives to please use their card and get their points and I'm willing to do that, but if they want me to, they better stop denying my card. It's annoying, it's embarrassing, and it's completely uncalled for. I have a credit score of 840. There is no reason I should be denied some small TJ Maxx purchase. The store is great but...
