I'm going to start out by saying this would be a great place to have a restaurant. I mean that in the most sincere way. went there today I quit eating here for the longest time between the poor service always being out of supplies and when I mean out I mean literally tons of donuts on the menu but three available out of large cups out of tea explain that one. Then I came back in because I pass it daily and I do not like instant tea which a lot of places have went to or on their fountain machine same difference. So I started coming back into this one because I normally order a t and that's it nothing complicated however today I ordered a turkey bacon cheddar flatbread with well-done bacon I get a Stihl chili flatbread with white uncooked bacon floppy and gummy not even crispy not crunchy not even cooked basically. When I went to go sit down every table except for the small bar area had two places that were actually clean everything else dirty floor dirty. So not only do I have to take my uncooked order back up to the counter they remake it on the same turkey by the way on the same bread as the first time at least that's what it looks like I could be wrong. This Dunkin' has been few more employees managers and district managers then I go through socks and boots and that's a lot as I own a landscaping company. I have never seen a place with so many issues we also ordered chocolate munchkins that tasted like Play-Doh smells the person with me ordered a bagel toasted with extra cream cheese they had to go back up to the counter and get cream cheese. A long time ago this Dunkin' used to give a discount on their teas and coffees for local residents as this is a tourist area evidently they do not anymore that was one of the only reasons I came to this location. I will probably not be ordering anything other than tea if I even continue to go there for that. I doubt that this will see the owner's eyes but if so you severely need to either place different management or spend some time taking to Heart your reviews. I've begun to wonder if you're good reviews are paid for. Because it is like this every time I come in you have lost a faithful customer that passes your location every day for 3 years after a year I quit going there and said I give my business to Zaxby's and pay $2.89 for a large tea oh yeah and I usually order food to from there. First, I asked what one of the new donuts were like and the response was,”exactly what it sounds like.” I apologized because it was apparent my question irritated her. Next, I began my order, which was going to be :6 glazed, 6 chocolate, 6 strawberry, but before I could get to the 6 strawberry, the team member interrupted me & said, “wait, just how many donuts are you ordering..are you ordering more than a dozen? I replied with yes, but I was truly shocked at her tone, it took me off guard..She responded with, and I quote: “that would have been nice to know up front..” I responded with excuse me, I was trying to tell you that information with my order. She replied with, “well you should have started the conversation with that information.” I.Was.Shocked. I then told her she was being very rude and I would not be ordering anything or spending any money with them. I never leave bad reviews for businesses, because I know everyone has bad days and bad moments, but this was a truly bad experience, & a horrible customer service fail, I’m still shocked by it. The staff at the store does not know what they are doing and it is very unprofessional. I came in and the staff continued to handle drive thru orders over the lobby for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. I wasted 12 minutes of my time on my way to work to attempt to buy breakfast and a coffee. I finally got service after waiting about 8 minutes at the counter and was told I couldn’t use my mobile offer for a free breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a coffee. In the app it does not state this clearly. You have to click the terms and conditions tab to read the fine print that it is only valid on certain sandwiches.
